I am very appreciative of your assistance in getting this matter resolved I reached out to Kohls and was told that although they sent the merchandise credit by mail on May 20th, it will take between 14-business days to receive (according to an email I received today) I would like to wait to close this case until I receive the referenced refund before closing this case if possible, just to make sure that I do receive it The latest possible date within that time range is June 30th so hopefully things will be resolved by then. We received the customer's complaint through a different channel and have resolved directly with the customerA replacement order was placed and the necessary credits will be adjusted as promised to the customer

We are unable to locate an order number with the information supplied in this complaintWe advise the customer to reply with the order number to properly research the issue

We have researched our customer's concern and it appears we have processed a refund in the amount of $which was applied to the Visa ending in This was applied on November 02, We have confirmation that the tender used has accepted our refundThe customer would need to contact their
bank to inquire about their return

The refund was reduced to $34.33, which is the $and $credits applied, due to a $off coupon used with the orderPer our policy with any dollar-off coupons, a portion of the refund will be reduced if any amount is returned

The response received only dealt with one of my complaints. They skirted the issue of taking the discount off of my merchandise credit. That credit was money I got back from a return I made. That merchandise credit is the same as cash and should NOT have been taken off of my total before the discount was taken. It should have been treated as cash, the same as my credit card and accepted as part of the payment for what I bought

Too bad I called to get this so called deal you offered and was declined by customer service reps so clearly you do not stand behind anything but your continued lies!!!!
