I have researched the concerns regarding the customer’s Rewards accountThe e-mail address and password she previously received assistance with was for her “My Kohl’s Charge account; the system used to view your Kohl’s Charge account informationOur records to do not indicate the customer has ever enrolled in the Kohl’s Yes2You Rewards program, which is a completely separate entityWe will be unable to accommodate the request to retroactively provide the customer’s reward points, as she has never had an account We advise the customer to contact our Rewards Department directly if she needs assistance enrollingShe may email them at [email protected] or call their Customer Service Contact Center at ###-###-####

Upon review of her Kohl's Charge account, our records indicate only a payment of $25.00 made on 09/20/14. We have not received a payment for the August statement. If a payment was made online through her My Kohl's Charge account, a payment confirmation e-mail would have been e-mailed to her. After... review of the fax received, it shows a $25.00 debit however it does not indicate it was done by Kohl's. In addition, the fax shows it was done at the store not online. We advise her to attach a copy of her bank statement indicating the debit was done by Kohl's or copy of the confirmation e-mail to confirm payment debited from her bank account in order to research issue further.

Upon review of the customer's Kohl's Charge account, the next payment is due on 01/18/Currently, the customer has missed three payments and per the Cardmember Agreement, we will attempt to contact the customer regarding their accountWe are unable to stop the calls unless a payment is received by the due date
