We are happy to price match with select competitors and honor any additional Kohl’s discounts up to 15%Upon review of the order, the customer used her 30% off coupon and per our price match policy, we are only able to honor up to 15% offAt this time, the order has reached a stage in our
fulfillment process where cancellations cannot take placeWhen the customer places an order at Kohls.com, it immediately drops into our fulfillment center flow under "Submitted" as an order statusUsually within one hour, the order has moved on to "Fulfillment" statusOnce the order has moved to "Fulfillment" status, we are unable to change or cancel the orderThe customer can refuse the package once the carrier tries to deliver them if she does not want the itemsWe apologize for any confusion

We advise the customer to reply with the numbers at the top of the purchase receipt (beginning with the purchase date), or Kohls.com order number, and product information such as the sKu or UPC number to verify the rebate. Once we have this information, we will be able to

I asked associates for me to use it for future orders but they werebt willing to give me the percent that is what im asking for and if you have read what I wrote you would know that, nd fo all the imcompetent people I had to deal with to.place a simple order you shouldnt have a problem sending me a written percent off coupoi could use in a store

I talked to a customer service manager that I know, and she said that the amount that was refunded was the Clarence price of the itemThe color that was a gift (poppy) is the newest color and was never on clearanceI feel that this company took advantage of my wife, whom does not collect fiesta, because she didn't know the valueShame on kohls for not following their own policyWhen I asked when the sales price within the past weeks was $, and was told they didn't have that infoYou are a large corporation, don't lie and say you don't have the sales price info.

We apologize for the inconvenienceAs stated we are unable to ship an item without a form of payment attached to the orderIn addition to honoring the original sale price of a replacement of the item(s), we are happy to provide an additional 30% off of the orderIf the customer wishes to accept this, we advise her to reply with the new order number to make the adjustments

Again, we understand and apologize for the inconvenience however, we are unable to issues a $Rewards certificate she this was not earned by the customer but rather a system error

Kohl's is apparently incapable of READING my complaint in the first placeIf they had, they'd know that I have been in contact with the fraud department multiple timesEach time, I am told the issue is resolved, yet I STILL have an $fraudulent charge on my card! We are to the point where SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME from the fraud department because I'm sick and tired of wasting my time with these people who make promises and leave me up the creek without a paddleI am seething right now-this company could care less about the customer, just another number in their pathetic book

I do not accept the response because I had already paid for the items, I did not want a refund I wanted the itemsI also think it is absurd to not offer any sort of compensation for the fact that it is now nearly February and my family members never received their giftsBasically, I was led to believe that the presents would be arriving, while Kohls held on to my payment for months (I ordered in November)Due to Kohl's incompetence my family members will not be getting the gifts that I bought for them (and paid for months ago)Giving me only what I paid months ago does NOTHING for the fact that I have waited months for these items, and now my family members will not even be getting themAs I stated a LOT of times with kohls.com customer service on the telephone, I did NOT want a refund, I wanted the items I ordered and paid for months agoI want compensation because Kohls did not fulfill the order, and they held onto my payment for over months

Our records indicate all charges have been removed from the customer's account as we have received the proper documents to close the caseWe consider this matter resolved and closed

Since their response states they're standing by their original statement which didn't actually cover the issues presented, we appear to be at an impasse.If they're unwilling to address this directly via the Revdex.com route, I'll have to review other methods to try and recover the missing goods (i.esmall claims)
