Our records indicate a customer initiated $payment was made on December 18, 2014, via telephone by following the phone promptsThe IVR is not able to submit a payment on its own - a verfication process is in place that needs to be completed by the customer. On
December 19, 2014, our customer made a $phone payment with an associate. A customer initiated stop payment was applied to this payment. As a courtesy to the customer we have applied a $credit as reimbursement for the return check feePlease note that customers may make multiple payments at any time on their account and this is not uncommon.
