Upon review of the customer's account, we can confirm notification was sent to the customer on 12/11/advising the account would be closed due to inactivityIn addition, per our Cardmember Agreement, we have the right to close an account at any timeWe are unable to reopen the account however we

After filing my complaint with the Revdex.com and calling Kohls Corporate Office twice, I was finally able to speak with someone who informed me what exactly had happened He stated that my original call on December 3, 2014, did not begin any refund process like I had been toldThe customer service department was still looking into where the merchandise went and had not started a refundThey kept pushing to have me reorder the original merchandise and pay a 2nd timeAfter calling corporate a second time, I received an email stating that the refund had been started and I would have it within days, not the 7-business days that I was told in the beginningI should not have ever had to call corporate in the first placeWhen I made the original call on December 3, 2014, and stated that my merchandise was missing and even UPS agreed that only of the packages were ever shipped, my merchandise should have been re-shipped and everything would have been fine. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Our records indicate our customer earned a $Rewards Certificate on 11/01/14. The expiration date for this certificate was 12/01/14. The $was applied to a purchase made on 11/02/at our Fenton, Missouri storeThe total purchase amount is $and Mens Fragrance, Plush Kick,
Mens Wovens and Mens Knits were purchased on that dayThe expiration date for this certificate was December 1,
Also, a $certificate was earned on 12/01/and this certificate has not been used and expires on 12/31/We hope this information is helpful to our customer

Upon review, we received her concern through a different avenueShe has been advised the pending charges have been removedIn addition, we encourage her to return the incorrect order to the store once it arrives to receive an immediate refund

I would like the complaint to stand.This issue took too too long forthem to respond and I have dealt with several customer service representatives who have never given me the correct information.First they asked me to take the item back to a local store when I have none, then ship it back for a refund even though it was there errorOn top of that when I finally do get someone to help me with a exchange they say they will process it and send the item for pick upThen I get an email my item was refunded but I was charged the full amount??? this is too much of a run around for a company that has no remorse on thisCustomers shouldn't have to jump through hoops and tapdance so they can get a item they can wearYour company promises us clothing via their advertising but you send me something unwearableyou want me to pay for your error.It was only after this complaint was I refunded anything for thisIm sorry but your company handled this very very poorlyIt was error after error and blatantly-disregarding the customers needs on the whole scenarioNo remorse from your company what soever

This is the complaint I have with *** and how he handled it stating there was nothing more he could do. That they didn't recognize the Store UPC code. So, I didn't know where else to turn but to the store where I purchased it. The store kindly helped me.No need to contact me any further. Your Rewards Rebate center is in need of help with Customer Service training

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This is completely unacceptableKohl's admits fault for the order error therefore the money they were able to deduct from my account immediately upon the order date of 10/10/should be returned to me in the same wayI should not have to wait again for another days which I have already waited daysI am very disappointed that even the Revdex.com can't get any better customer service from Kohl's than I canI feel at this time my only hope for a resolution and to make people aware at the biggest online shopping time of the year that Kohl's customer service lacks professionalism and I will be turning this situation over to our local news station to investigate
