I think this was a completely lackluster response from Kohl's and didn't at all show that they really grasped how inconveniencing and time consuming this experience was for me To say that coaching will be done when three out of three employees (two of which were managers) failed to follow through on promises made, each resulting in more wasted time, frustration and inconvenience to me is not a sufficient response, and to offer me 20% off my next order?? Anyone can find a 20% (or 30%) coupon if they Google it I'm completely shocked by this canned, ineffective response Thanks Kohls I'm glad to see how much you value your customers

Please stop avoiding the matter at hand & just provide the proof It's not a difficult task to doThey are just avoiding the obvious that they are in wrong & can't provide what I am asking for! NO ONE sells items for cents & centsKohls is trying to bully the consumer & since the consumer doesn't stand up to them, it keep happening. I want proof that the items were sold for & cents! This matter is not closed until I receive the proof!
