When a return is processed, the refund is determined by our POS system which will advise the associate on the type of refund to giveWe are unable to promise a Corporate-Issued refund will be an option given to the POS at the time of the returnAgain, we stand behind our return policy

Our records indicate the customer's Kohl's Charge account was closed, as requested, on 10/28/In addition, the remaining balance due of $is the remaining portion of principal due on the accountWe have waived all late charges assessed on the account therefore the remaining balance will
need to be paid by the due date to avoid the fees returning to the account or any additional fees accruing

I understand that you need to contact a person. But THERE was NO, I repeat NO message left and we have been informed of scams going in our area with people calling and not leaving messages and getting you to call back charging over sea pricing. If there was A MESSAGE LEFT TO let me know what was going I would have cleared it up right away. They NEVER LEFT a MESSAGE and kept calling which turn into HARASSMENT! When I did try to clear it up the SYSTEM DID NOT WORK!!!!! When I did call the person did not use their EARS and LISTEN! Plus the person on the other end of the phone wanted my life story which I find DISRESPECTFUL! So I find that KOHLS needs to leave a message so people KNOW WHO is calling THEM!! Respect!! Do NOT CALL a couple times a day with no message and expect people to know who you are. Then to and long pauses for up to a minute making people think the system is broke!!! KOHLS did not read the complaint I have with them and responded with **!!! There customer service in crap!

Feel free to close this file, but I will not accept the business's unethical practices and customer relationsA consumer should not have to spend nearly months fighting for a refund for returns mailed back to return centerI want this noted as a complaint against the business

Nowhere in their response did Kohls bother to address any of my concerns regarding the fact of whether or not a vendor would lose money on knowingly giving customers a lager carat than advertised; knowingly advertising the wrong carat; failure to examine the original set of earrings; and failure to look beyond the fact that an exchange was givenOnce again I am beyond words to describe how far off the mark Kohls customer service has been with this episode.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAs of September 25, 2014, most of the charges have been removed However, there is one charge remaining on my account, for an order I did not place, in the amount of $ I would like to keep this case open, until I receive the shipments that are coming to me, until the items have been returned, and my card has been completely credited for the merchandise I did not order I am concerned that by closing my complaint, the remainder of my issue will not be resolved in a timely manner After all, this did begin on September 17, 2014, and I have had to jump through hoops and file a complaint to receive a partial resolution

Too many times I have been promised something will be done or that something is coming in the mail from Kohl's only to be disappointed that they are not following through with what they say will be done. As an example the response on 01/to my Revdex.com complaint says "At this time the account has been
closed and the matter resolvedThe customer will receive a letter in the mail
as confirmation." but as 01/22/I have not received any confirmation letter. I will not accept any response of a promise from Kohl's until that promise has been fulfilled. To date it has not.Regards,

I just about give up on kohls misunderstanding of the situationI've set photos up receiptI had 30% off coupon and $in kohls cast wasn't applied, but I'm tired of wafting time for a few dollarsI hope this business goes away soon, I will no longer do business with them and there shifty sales practices
