We are unable to determine if the item return was listed on the receipt listedIn addition, we have checked our records and there has only been one item returned from the attached receiptDue to this, the item the customer returned was without a receipt therefore the refund given is consistent with our return policyAgain, we stand behind the refund processed in-store

We received the customer's complaint through a different channel and are standing behind our previous decisionWe emphasize with the customer's situation but we are unable to update her credit report as this was not a Kohl's error

In our reply, we did not indicate someone from the store would be in contact with the customerHowever we stated, his complaint will be forwarded for review within our storeWe apologize for the confusion

The charges on your charge card were authorizations that
went to your charge card company when you hit "Place Order"; a
customer's funds will be held for each attempted Kohls.com order, until we are
able to systematically verify the order statusYour credit card company holds
these funds;

Upon review, the item in question is out of stock and we are unable to honor the price adjustment for the 42-inch as the initial desired item is a 32-inchAs previously advised, we will honor the price once the item is made availableWe are able to honor the $pricing on a similar item as well

review of the fax received, it shows a $debit however it does not indicate it was done by Kohl'sIn addition, the fax shows it was done at the store not online. We advise her to attach a copy of her bank statement indicating the debit was done by Kohl's or copy of the confirmation e-mail to confirm payment debited from her bank account in order to research issue further

We received his complaint through a different channelWe have determined that the information previously furnished to the credit reporting agencies is accurateUpdating the information will create inaccurate representation of the status of the account with usThe integrity of the credit reporting

Hello, I have received my credit but I find it necessary to correct you on your incorrect understanding of the events The bottom line is Kohl's and it's agent shipped the package with an incomplete address This lled to the nightmare I went through to get my order After yet another email which incorrectly read the UPS delivery report I called and spoke to a supervisor who understood the chain of events, which again started with KOHLS printing the shipping label incorrectly, and along with the complete lack of customer support from Kohls', issued the credit I worked in Customer Service for yrs and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated, especially since the mistake was made by YOU! I will close this when someone apologizes to me for the abysmal treatment I continue to receive from Kohl's
