Kohls has decided they do not want to try and help me replace or recover my stolen cell phoneTheir response was it is not up to Kohls to keep a safe store even during the busiest time of the yearI still would like to mark a negative complaint on their file as I totally disagreeNot only should they have had security on the Saturday before Christmas they should have had additional holiday helpWe were the victims in this theft and yet they are treating us like the criminalBad business, bad customer service, and bad attitudeIf it was not for loyal customers like ourselves their store would not even be in business.

The $credit is a step in the right direction but calling "the right thing to do" a "courtesy" only demonstrates your disregard for your customers Remember, this was your mistake - not mine! An apology for the aggressive collection tactics and changing my account without my knowledge would make this right.Regards,

I have produced the original receipt (not a gift receipt) three times already. It was attached to my original complaint with the Revdex.com and produced twice at Kohl'sI have attached it now for Kohl's to view it for a fourth timeI'm having a very hard time understanding why this is so complicatedIf the price paid for the jeans is $and I have the original receipt proving it, why am I only able to be credited back $6? We received the customer's complaint through a different channelOur records indicate a $gift card was mailed to the customer as requested

Our records indicate the order was submitted by the customer with the address of *** *** *** *** **. We suggest the customer please remove this address from their Kohls.com profile to avoid this happening in the futureThe *** ** address also is listed for the
customer's account with us and it is recommended that the customer update current address information for the account also. The carrier tracking indicates the deep fryer was delivered to *** ** and the toaster was delivered to *** **. We called the customer and left a voice message to contact an associate directly for us to proceed with processing a return if the customer has not received any of the packages. Revdex.com: I am closing this complaint Only because we physically returned the unordered merchandise to a local store ourselvesWe had to borrow a truck to load the LARGE boxes and it took people to get them in the store We did recieve a refund from the manager of the storeBut Kohls online never took responsibility for their mistakeThey never sent UPS to pick up the UNORDERED items and lied to us each and every time we contacted customer serviceOn December 29, we had had enough and then used a borrowed truck to haul the items to a local kohs storeSo FIVE weeks later we finally have the money they took out of our checking account back, no thanks to them

The refund amount being reduced due to a 20% off discount being applied to the original purchase does not explain why my $kohls cash is now only being refunded to $17, unacceptable...I'm not sure what you are talking about when you state that you are unable to reship the items without a form of tender attached to a new order, since you have my tender, send it!!!And you also state that I am welcome to place a new replacement order for the items as the original sale prices will be honored, so why have you continued to leave the replacement items I placed in my cart over days ago???? They continue to remain there as they have for the past month without anyone at kohls being able to help me!!!
