Revdex.com: After filing my complaint with the Revdex.com and calling Kohls Corporate Office twice, I was finally able to speak with someone who informed me what exactly had happened He stated that my original call on December 3, 2014, did not begin any refund process like I had been toldThe customer service department was still looking into where the merchandise went and had not started a refundThey kept pushing to have me reorder the original merchandise and pay a 2nd timeAfter calling corporate a second time, I received an email stating that the refund had been started and I would have it within days, not the 7-business days that I was told in the beginningI should not have ever had to call corporate in the first placeWhen I made the original call on December 3, 2014, and stated that my merchandise was missing and even UPS agreed that only of the packages were ever shipped, my merchandise should have been re-shipped and everything would have been fineI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] ***s are an acceptable form of tender at Kohls.comRegretfully, without viewing the screen details we are unable to state for certain what may have happened to cause the order process for our customer to not completeIt appears there is an authorization hold for the amount our customer states they entered for the [redacted] of $We suggest the customer contacts their bank to see if they will accept a release of funds form from Kohl's for the dollar amount on holdNot all banks will accept the formIf the bank agrees to accept the form, our customer would need to provide the banks fax number for us to send the form, and the full gift card numberIf the bank does not agree to accept the release of funds form, the authorization hold will drop off within days (we have no control over the time limit, this is set by the bank) and the funds will go back on the gift cardWe apologize for the inconvenience our customer has experienced

Upon review of Kohls.com order [redacted] the customer earned $in Kohl's Cash which he used on 12/20/ The refund was reduced due to the redemption of the Kohl's CashThis information is outlined in our return and Kohl's Cash policyWe will not accommodate the customer's request for a full refund

Upon review of his Kohl's Charge account, we have taken the necessary steps to update his credit profile to reflect as current with zero delinquenciesWe advise it may take up to days for this information to reflect on his credit profileA letter was mailed and may be used as evidence of the correction in process, in the interim

Our records indicate our customer made an online bank payment for the amount of $to their closed account ending in [redacted] on August 26, Our customer contacted us on September 4, 2014, and advised of the payment they made to their closed account and requested that we transfer the payment to their open account ending in [redacted] which was done on September 12, In addition, a $late fee was waived on the same dateThere is no record of a $payment made to the account ending in ***, nor is there any record on either account of the customer stating she made a $payment to the account ending in ***Our customer would need to provide proof of the $payment since there is no record of this payment Since the $payment that our customer made to their closed account was made within the required due date listed on the open account we made the business decision to submit a request to the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) to remove the late payment information reported for September from our customer's credit fileA confirmation letter will be mailed to our customerWe advise our customer to allow todays for the CRAs to update their recordsIn the interim, our customer may utlize a copy of the letter that will arrive shortly
