Horrible customer service! The item was in stock in the store but your website did not give the option otherwise DUH I would have used it. You should match your own online prices. I will shop else where next time.Regards,

As I told the Kohls customer service representative during initial call, I am a cancer patient going through cancer treatment and NOT home.  Also, they were to email a prepaid return label, which I have not received to this day.  I still think it is unacceptable that I ordered a brand new mattress pad and received an opened and clearly used one and it's my responsibility to take care of it and find a way to return, under my current condition, and await a refund and have to place a new order and wait.  First of all, under my current condition, I do not want to be handling a used mattress pad with my compromised immune system.  This item is just going in trash.  I'm not dealing with this.  I do not have the time or energy to do the work for an error THEY made.    Kohls should just refund or replace, it's their awful mistake.....not mine.  This was not my error, this is all on Kohls.  Poor service and poor company "policy".  Unacceptable practices.

We apologize for any frustration our customer has had during this situation.  Kohl's has refunded the remaining portion of the order $12.02. We cannot honor a Kohl's Cash certificate for this order as the full order was returned.

We regret the customer did not receive their cancellation e-mail. Our records show we have processed a return for Kohls.com order #4219588232 on 12/13/15, back to their Discover ending in 8347. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. We apologize for any...

Anyway I didn't expect something better from Kohls, I'm just upset with myself for being for more than 3 years a khols customer, kohls creates promotions to take advantage of the customers if they do not like the gift or they do not fit on it, in addition kohls  has the worst customer service in the world, that's why every day its global sales fall in an economy that grows more every day. Once the redemption dates have passed, Kohls.com and our
store registers will no longer accept Kohl's Cash. In the past, stores may have
made an exception to our policy to honor expired coupons;...

however, going
forward this will not be the case and our policy will now be enforced.

Cash. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Upon review of order [redacted], a refund has been processed back to the form of tender used in the amount of $37.89. The credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. While most credits appear within this time-frame, yours could be sooner or later.

Kohl's customer support promised to remove the charge from my credit card and apply it to my gift card before. I even had a case confirmation number. But the reality was that they charged to BOTH of my credit card and gift card for the same order. I have not received the $15.54 gift card from Kohl's on the mail so I could not trust them if they would even send one. In addition, I never authorized them to charge my Kohl's credit card for the order. I only authorized them to charge the $15.54 to the gift card and remaining 57 cent to the credit card. Since they already canceled my gift card, I wanted the $15.54 credit back to my Kohl's store credit card.

Our records indicate the advertised item was out of stock at the time of purchase. We print our circulars 12 weeks ahead of time, and send them 6-8 weeks before the sale. It is difficult to predict which items will be out of stock before the circular is released. We receive new shipments daily, so...

we encourage him to please check back regularly, the item may be restocked soon.

Kohls has disregarded all attempts for me to let them know the 15 digit codes within the emails they send me do not work. They ignore the fact that they can clearly see when I enter things into my shopping bag and attempt to purchase.  They credited the 10 dollars off they promised in the first place for switching to paperless. This is not anything they should have not done in the first place.More so their customer service representatives look for ways to insult the consume and to as little as possible. I fear this complaint should stand to let other consumers know that this is a common occurrence with Kohls and that they refuse to look into the matter of their codes not working and them not honoring sales. Its a bait and switch process and very frustrating for a loyal consumer. Ive decided to close my account as soon as possible.Thank you for all your help

We did apply a credit to our customer's Kohl's Charge in the
amount of $21.80 on April 13, 2016. We processed an additional credit today in
the amount of $46.86 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 6940 to make up the
difference for Order 3503446271, bringing the total credit to $68.66. Please allow
5-7 business days for this to reflect on to their Kohl's Charge.

We were informed that kohls would send ups to retrieve the packages and that we would be refunded once they have the packages back in their possession. They contacted us today and scheduled pickup for tomorrow. This case is not resolved until I recieve confirmation that my account has been refunded, which has not happened yet.

Upon review with our Fraud Department, the payments made on the Kohl's Charge account were made from the customer's bank account. in addition, we have agreements made by the customer to make payments on the account. Due to this information, this account was not fraudulently opened but instead opened...

by the customer.

We advise the customer to reply with the exact Kohl's Store location information so we may research her inquiry.
