A refund credit for the shoes was processed back to the MasterCard used on the order in the amount of $41.41. The credit was processed in December 20, 2014. We advise the customer to please check their credit card statement.

We have processed an additional credit to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in 0187 in the amount of $20.80.

The provided Kohl's Merchandise Credit displays as
invalid in our system. We are unable to assist the customer any further without

GiftCard / Merchant Credit Numbers when 1st opened incident with Kohls. Here is Kohls Incident # [redacted].   Recently on May 15th one of their representative spent almost 1hr on phone with me and looked all gift cards/merchant credit number transactions made between Feb first week of 2017 and March 1st of 2017 and found those fraudulent usage transactions also, He said they noted those details on incident, But whenever I call them they are again and again asking same beginning question and asking me again gift card numbers and whole story but nothing is moving forward from last 3months.Here I also got several other indecent numbers from same issue, those are Incident # 170301-008259, Incident #  [redacted], Incident #  [redacted]. All these are on same issue, I don't know how it works they are giving me different number each time.Let me know if anything else needed.Thank you[redacted]

Upon review of our customer's concern, it shows our customer placed
her order on December 11, 2016. The customer reached out to customer service on
December 12, 2016, to advise us of the address. Our customer's have a 30 minute
window to edit or cancel an order. The shipping address is...

confirmation once the order is submitted. Unfortunately, our customer is still
responsible for the package.

We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience our customer experienced in regards to their most recent Kohls.com Order. Upon review of our customer's concern, we have confirmed our customer has returned the apple watch and has been issued a refund.

We apologize for any inconvenience however our associates and management team verified video games are not included in the promotion.  Again, we stand behind the decision made.

The customer's original complaint did not state he failed to receive the shower curtain. On 11/06/15 we processed a return credit for the merchandise. Additionally, a credit for $28.24 was credited to Kohls.com order # 3259974632.. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on their Kohl’s Charge account. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

Our records show a return for the jacket from Kohls.com order #[redacted] was processed on 12/22/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When you return merchandise from a
purchase that earned Kohl’s Cash, the Kohl’s Cash that you have already redeemed
will be deducted from your return amount.  We apologize for any confusion.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the items were returned due to the fit. The customer is still responsible for the shipping on her order since it is not a Kohl's error.

We reimbursed the full order amount. We will not reimburse for the shipping of the items. The customer can replace an order for all new items do be shipped to her if she wishes.

We have reviewed the customer's Wedding Registry information.
 It appears we did previously send the customer's Ever After Rewards but
she had opted out of registry e-mails.  At this time I can confirm that the
e-mail team has re-sent the gift to the customer.

Our records indicate a Kohl's Merchandise Crest (KMC) was mailed out on June 1, 2017.
