We deeply apologize for the frustration
our customer experienced in store. Please know we will send applicable coaching
to the Macon, GA store to ensure this does not happen again. As we understand
our customer does not live in close proximity to a Kohl's store, she is welcome

Kohls.com. Additionally, when returning an item to Kohl's which
earned Kohl's Cash, the amount of the return will be
reduced by the amount of the Kohl's Cash. Finally, we respectfully decline our
customers request for additional compensation in regards to the time it
takes for her to get to the store. As we do not invoke a time limit for
returns, she is welcome to return these items to the store when she is in the
area, and when it is most convenient for her.

refund for our
customer. We have processed two refunds for our customer. One is in the amount
of $39.49 which will be applied to the Visa ending in 6373 and a Kohl's Cash
which will be emailed in the amount of $21.67. The second amount is for $46.14
which was also applied to the Visa ending in 6373. A Kohl's Cash was also
issued for $25.79 as well.
 We will be more than happy
to also share our customer's experience in regards to his call center feedback
with our Executive Offices.

A store credit would have been great.   The manager flat out refused to take it back - I told her a store credit was fine - my wife spends about $3000 per year at Kohls (or at least she used to before I had this experience).    I read the policy off the back of the receipt to her and still she refused to do anything to help me.   She told me to got the the manufacturer.

Its bs that a large company isn't biding by the law and just lies to cover its own assets. The big businesses need to be made accountable for what they do... I have since been back in the store and they have removed all the signage that was present at those games. I will be posting my story all over social media... I gave them a chance to come clean.

I am only seeking a refund for the order that I did not receive.

We just need information if possible. It appears the item was reordered for our customer and we have honored previous pricing for the reorder.  It appears the original order was never fulfilled by our fulfillment center. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached a picture of the shipping information from UPS.  Kohl's claimed they delivered.  They clearly did not.  The package is lost and there is an exception on it.  How long will they continue to drag this on.  Please see the package was shipped on 11/21.  It is now a month later.  Also, the problem with Kohl's is that they do not give me any information, and there is nobody in their claims department that will allow a phone call through to them.   They make you call the Kohl's 800 number and speak to a customer service representative who can give you no information other than the claim department is working on it.  This is the first information I have received from them at all in regards to this.I think 30 days is too long at this point and now they want to drag on another 5-7 business days.  This is clearly bad customer service.  I plan to never order from this company again.
