[redacted] my phone is ###-###-####the only way to resolve this matter is to give me the $1110.00 kohl's cash I am entitled to.  Southridge kohls has it all on tape.  your cashier Missed up realbad.  I WILL NEVER SHOP AT kohls AGAIN.  ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY WILL NEVER SHOP AT kohls AGAIN EITHER.  I am 100% Right.  it's on film, the Mexicanscashing my $110.00  1st thing Monday morning b4 they got caught with someone elses $110.00 kohls cash.  Its all on film, I watched it.  The cashier  [redacted] UP REALBADD.

We are happy to research our customer's concern. We will be partnering with a vendor to inquire about item and see if we can possibly assist our customer.

We have investigated the customer claims in reference to the desired mattress topper. We have no record of the pricing error, or the promised accommodation. We are unable to comply with the customer's request for a price adjustment. We apologize for any disappointment.

Our records indicate that a credit for Kohls.com order number  [redacted] has already been processed back to the customer's account. The customer was credited for the shipping charge on 10/01/15, and the return credit was processed on 10/15/15. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As previously stated, we sent a Kohl's Merchandise Credit on March 31, 2017. Please allow up to a few weeks for delivery via mail. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

The way you took the kohl's cash back is unbelievable and so disgusting. I think you know that  if I return something that I get kohl's cash at the time I purchase it ,  I will only get the amount I paid for and minus the amount of kohl's cash.  Now I know you are such bad company. I will do my best and just return all the used vacuum,  even I lose money.  It's not worth to wast more time on this issue.

The $30 Kohl's Cash discount was only offered after I spoke with the seventh representative from Kohl's. This was not a Gesture of Goodwill from Kohl's as I have earned this $30 Kohl's Cash from a prior Order [redacted]0 which did not show up in our email. And most certainly Kohl's has not gained our trust and loyalty back because of this type of treatment. As I mentioned in the original statement, this is not the first time Kohl's has made this system error where our Kohl's Cash or Yes2You Rewards was missing. My husband and I made a conscientious effort to report this to Revdex.com to make them accountable and to challenge their integrity and commitment to excellent customer service and transparency. Even when [redacted] from the Executive Office ###-###-#### left us a voicemail message two days after this incident on Feb. 17 (Friday), it didn't seem genuine as she assumed that this has been resolved without even talking to us. We reached out to her on Feb. 20 and 21 (Monday and Tuesday), but there was no response. What made us feel less valued is the fact that they responded to this complaint considering this matter closed when in fact they didn't even spoke about the "$10 Reward" that we were suppose to get in response to an email promotion we received on January 23, 2017 for downloading and signing in to the Kohl's App. Again, this shows another type of false advertisement on their end. We have spent hundreds of dollars at Kohl's and this is not the way an "MVC" (Most Valued Customer) credit card holder is supposed to be treated. We are beyond disappointed, and we feel that we made the right decision to stand up against a company who doesn't stay true to their mission and values.
We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience our customer experienced with their most recent online order. Upon review, it appears we applied the $30.00 Kohl's Cash discount off of Order 7924544270 as agreed.  At this time we consider this matter closed

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with their orders. We have applied a $5.00 on each order. A $5.00 credit will be applied to the Visa ending in 9846, as well as 7141.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced when making a return at her local store. Unfortunately, the person who the prepaid Visa cards were issued to need to call in to have them reissued. We are unable to override that on our end.  Our customer can contact ###-###-####.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Due to the item being purchased eight years ago, our merchandise changes seasonally and some items that were available eight years ago may be discontinued. As previously stated, we do not offer warranties however stand behind our return policy. At this time, we are unable to provide additional assistance as the item has been returned.
Again, Kohl's is failing to recognize a joint [redacted] warranty they offer; they are refusing to acknowledge a bogus warranty phone number they have listed directly on their website to aide in honoring of [redacted]/Kohl's sold warranty items; they are failing to recognize that the exchanged item is not equal to the warrantied item; and they are refusing to recognize that they instigated the exchange after I had asked them to honor the warranty.This is why it has escalated to this level, as from the very beginning I challenged that the item they offered to "replace" the set with did not honor an equal exchange which is what the word "warranty" guarantees.  Please refer to the previously attached correspondence. Regards,

We have processed a return for our customer in the amount of $195.30 on their MasterCard ending in 4890. Please advise the customer to allow 7-14 business days for it to post to her credit card account.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with Order 7363794875. As of 12/19/2016, UPS is confirming delivery of the package. Please advise if the item has been received.

The customer has reached out to us regarding Order [redacted]. As of December 17, 2016, a trace was initiated by the vendor and FedEx. Once a response is received via our vendor and FedEx, we will be happy to notify our customer of our findings.
