I still have NOT received a return call from a Kohl's executive.  The message Kohl's forwarded to the Revdex.com is a typical generated message sent to all customers.  My concern goes beyond the Kohl's "No Hassle Return Policy"!!!   I would like to speak to an executive regarding the personal questions asked of me, which I provided to an overseas individual, and the awful customer service I received (*on hold for over 60 minutes then "disconnected"), while they knew they would not provide me with detailed information.  If the Revdex.com would like to understand further, the Revdex.com and a Kohl's executive staff member should reach me on my cell phone at ###-###-####. Kohl's response is NOT acceptable!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I believe Kohls had an error in there advertising or listing online. I have attached a copy of the first order. Which clearly states that it was for a set. When I only received 2 stools on that order and tried to figure out what happened to them I took it as they were lost or stolen but it is clear that they never made it to me. So I reluctantly ordered the same item again. At this point in time apparently Kohls decided to have the price be for one stool instead of two, (it what I get from there email). I ordered the same item I previously purchased. What a scam. I should be reimbursed for half the cost of my order if I am not going to get the other stools.
