It's pretty embarrassing for a corporate office to refuse to honor commitments made by its representatives.  What's even worse is when the corporate office refuses to make a situation right and my mom literally walks up to a regular associate in one of your stores afterwards and they take care of part of the problem without question.  The grill has now been price matched and the revised transaction resulted in $20 Kohl's cash being issued instead of the initial $10 of the $50 that the supervisor had promised.  Therefore, my remaining request is as follows: issue a $30 gift card for the cost savings difference that would have occurred in breaking up the orders into 2 (which is what I tried to call back & do), issue a another gift card for $30 for the additional Kohl's cash the supervisor advised I would receive and then didn't, and issue an additional gift card in the amount of at least $25 for the pain and aggravation you've put me through (the $25 you already issued is laughable given how much time I've had to invest and what you'be put me through). Additionally, the corporate office representative Faviola should be spoken to (although my fear is she's the one reading this).  I spoke to employees at one the stores briefly about the situation and they were amazed at her refusal to let me speak to someone above her and said she was likely lying to me by saying if I wrote a letter she'd be the one receiving and reviewing it.

The words “anticipated time frame” did not appear anywhere on my order.   It was simply shown that my order WOULD BE delivered between Dec. 8-15, giving Kohls.com (and their delivery service) a one week window.  I had exemplary delivery through other online stores during the same period so to simply blame it on the time of year or the shipping carriers indicates that Kohls.com does not feel they need to look toward improving, and that is unfortunate.

I still haven't received my items, no one is at the address they were shipped and I have had multiple responses from Kohls with conflicting messages.

Kohl's does stand by it's previous decision and at this time, we do consider this matter closed.

I was called by another representative and told to return the merchandise. I don't want anything from Kohl's. I want a record showing they FALSELY ADVERTISED so that other consumers are warned that you can't trust their website.   etter Business Bureau:

We apologize for the inconvenience with Kohls.com Order 4820629965. We have processed a return for our customer. We have mailed out a Kohl's Merchandise Credit in the amount of $8.55 on May 11, 2016  and applied a credit of $67.27 to her Kohl's Charge ending in 4015. Please allow 3-5 business...

for it to post to your Kohl's Charge and 7-10 business days to receive the Kohl's Merchandise Credit via mail.

We have mailed out our customer replacement gift cards to replace the original ones used in the order. If our customer would still like the gift card and the coupons , we are more willing to send it to her for the inconvenience.

We make every effort to ensure that we have enough merchandise to meet the needs of our customers. However, on occasion, an item may out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock amounts from our vendors.  Our products are placed in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item, based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales flyers. While in most cases out of stocks are reflected prior to the check out process at Kohls.com, there are situations when an out of stock may not be evident until the order picking process. This can be attributed to high order volume, damages, etc. The customer's order total was $38.45. She did not qualify for Kohl's Cash on this purchase. We apologize for any additional disappointment.

We will be mailing our customer a Kohl's Merchandise Credit, please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days to receive.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They have not even considered our point of view on the matter and have only given responses that they consider the case closed.  They have done little to resolve the matter further.  They do not take into consideration that we have repurchased the item again with our credit card so they have received all the original money from the gift cards.  We are not shorting them in any way, but we have not received compensation in a way that is suitable for an error made on their part.  It makes it seem like they are stealing money from us by forcing us to purchase more products from their store when they have received all money due them.

We have reached out our contact at UPS, and they have confirmed the same issue. You would need to initiate the claim with UPS, since the package never made it to it's destination. At this time, we do consider this matter closed.

We regret the customer has not received their anticipated Kohls.com refund in a timely manner. We have processed a return for Kohls.com order #4313255214 on 02/10/16. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days to receive this. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We do not charge interest per item purchased with a Kohl's Charge account. Interest is charged if the full balance is not paid by the cycle date therefore, we respectfully decline the customer's request to credit any interest charge assessed to her account.

days and I have not received my pre-paid Visa gift card of $50 from Kohls. I once again chatted with a Kohls representative on Thursday May 5, 2016 who said give it 15 business days from April 23rd.  Kohls can not keep on pushing the date back. It has now been well over 8 weeks since my claim was processed and validated and has been 10 business days since April 23rd, the date Kohls said I was to receive the gift card in their response to my complaint. I ask Kohls again to provide me the gift card and if need be provide shipping/tracking details to prove that it has been mailed.
