I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Couple items I would state, first I did not put the wrong account number on the order.  I always double check my information before I submitted it, your system some how changed the account number.  The last rep I spoke to (on Tuesday, October 6th [redacted]) stated that my account was linked to the correct card number, and there is no way I would be able to enter the wrong account number.If the check is not received, this complaint will be requested to be opened again.

Please inform our customer that per our agreement, we have credited order #4488463668 $10.00, and should see this credit in an average of 7-10 business days on his Kohl's Charge card ending in 1405.

rejected the response by Kohl's simply by hitting the wrong key. This could not be undone. Also, I did submit my contact information when filing my complaint. I assumed that Kohl's was provided this, yet I never heard from them. In answer to their question, the location of this incident occurred in Eureka, CA at the Eureka Mall.  Thanks once more.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This does not meet any of the requests I have asked for.  After I was advised that I could pick out a different pair of shoes (since mine were no longer in stock) and Kohl's would honor the price that I had paid on the original order, I went to Kohls.com and saw that online they were advertising that the same shoes I had ordered were still in stock. I wasn't able to call that day and then it was Christmas.  I was able to call on 12/29 and spoke to a very nice, well-informed representative named Gus who advised they did have those shoes in stock and he was able to process my order.  It is unacceptable that Kohls will not call me directly and instead are having me call if I have further concerns.  I need a manager to call me directly.  If I am unavailable to speak at that time, they need to leave me their direct phone number and I will call them back.  I used to work in Customer Service and I know this is an option.  I have never experienced such wishy washy customer service and answers from a company.

You say you are not showing my email address on file. But I know that it is on file because I continue to receive spam from Kohl's every day. The subject of today's spam is "SAVE UP TO 80% on Gold?Star Clearance + Get $10 off $25!" It was sent from [email protected]. The spam is annoying and an invasion of my privacy, but what concerns me more is that you still have my email address and that you probably have already sold it to other businesses and will continue to do so. I am not going to unsubscribe because I don't want to go anywhere near your website. You need to fix this on your end.

Our records indicate the amount has been placed back to the gift card. If she has still not receive the credit back to her gift card, please reply with the order number to look into this further.

This is a different answer than I received from Kohl's (a printer error? really? If it was a printer error, why was nothing done until I contacted the Revdex.com?).  As I do not yet have this refund, and do not believe that they actually did mail it on January 26th (when I spoke with a representative from Kohl's, I was told that they didn't know what happened to my refund, and that it would be another 1-2 months while they "looked further into the matter").  This matter is not resolved until I actually receive my refund.

That's ridiculous!  You want me to return it, and re-buy it?  That's INSANE!  You did not give me any indication when I was purchasing the item that I was NOT receiving the Kohls Cash.  I am NOT a frequent shopper of yours.  I would not "know" what the "rules" are, I go by your commercials and your website!  Your website shows KOHLS CASH.  This is a DECEPTIVE practice.  It's WRONG!  I can't believe you want me to RETURN the product and rebuy it... that's absurd!
