We would be happy to assist our customer with returning these items. Our customer would need to package the items in boxes for us to initiate a UPS pickup request. Once packaged, he would need to let us know how many boxes there are so we can schedule the pickup request accurately. Our store has attempted to contact our customer directly in order to address our customer's concern. They reached out to our customer via email since a phone number was not provided. If the customer wishes to be contacted via telephone, she would need to provide a valid contact number.

Upon review of Kohls.com order [redacted] it appears the merchandise
was set to be shipped directly from the vendor. Regrettably we are unable to
provide an update regarding the status as it appears to not have been shipped.
At this time Kohl’s is more than happy to refund the order. We apologize for
the inconvenience.

We received the customer's complaint through a different channel and previously advised a credit was applied to her credit card for the two items that qualified for the 50% ff discount. In addition, she was advised to attach a copy of the advertisement indicating all of the same items were 50% off....

Once we receive this, we will be able to research this further and apply the necessary credits.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] It has been two weeks since I filed a complaint and their response was over a week ago.  I still have not received my gift card in the mail.  This was after "chatting" with the rebate center on January 2nd when he told me that my request was escalated.  I don't understand what the hold up is.  They are the ones who made the mistake and it should be fixed in a timely manner.  I've been waiting four months!!
