We have applied a credit for our customers Kohls.com order 6115627247. We
have applied a credit in the amount $31.29. Please allow 3-5 business days for
this to be applied to our customers credit account.

Upon review of Kohls.com order #[redacted], the original
tender used was $97.41 on a Master Card ending in [redacted], and $50.00 on a Kohl's
gift card ending in 3278. When a return is processed when a Kohl's gift card is
used, the return will be processed back to a Kohl's Merchandise Credit....

The
customer's portion used on a gift card was processed back to a Kohl's Merchandise
Credit ending in [redacted].  If the customer still
desires the merchandise, our Kohls.com team has offered to honor the original price
paid. We hope this information was helpful.

used, the system will deduct the coupons used value from the return amount. The details of the Kohl’s Cash Coupon program are stated on the back of each coupon, as well as our Kohl’s flyers. Regrettably we are unable to comply with the customer's request for a credit, as the customer redeemed the associated Kohl's Cash. Once again we apologize fro any disappointment.

They are asking for the original forms about the rebate that I don't have all I have is the receipt of...

purchase. I had sent them all the information when I did the rebate. Thay should have the rebate information if the said there was a rebate for the item in the first place. I am not sure what else I could give them.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with online Order 7009268656. It appears we have processed a return in the amount of  $128.42 for the items that were not shipped.

The customer purchased a total of seven items. Two of which was cancelled and he was not charged for them. Three of them were not received per the information listed in this claim and the remaining two items were delivered to the customer. The correct amount of $81.48 was refunded to the customer properly.

Regrettably, we are unable to alter a Kohls.com order after it has been submitted. Our records show a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was processed on 12/03/15, back to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit.

We have partnered with our vendor and they advised Kohl's they will be
contacting the customer to schedule a pick up for the defective item. We did
advise the vendor of the condition of the item.

They company has asked that I contact Kohls directly or that I file a new complaint for another instance of the original problem even though that original problem was not resolved to my satisfaction. That just doesn't make any sense. Having said that, I'm happy to let this go. The fact of the matter is that my family and I probably have spent in upwards of $1,000 every year at Kohls, but due to the company's inability to a) take ownership of the problems identified and b) take appropriate steps to solve those problems, we will no longer shop at Kohls.Most people wouldn't think to do business this way in an environment where they are already experiencing pressure from discount stores and online retailers, to say nothing of competitors with similar business models. To each their own, I suppose. We'll just take our business elsewhere. There is no shortage of options.

I received a voicemail last week and called Kohl's back and left a message.  I also called the number in their previous response this week and left another message.  I still have not received any calls back and there has been no resolution.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I reviewed the address in which the package was being shipped to PRIOR to confirming the order and it stated my home address which is in Kentucky. I leave for a cruise on Monday 3/14/2016 and needed the package quickly so I made sure all was correct. The package was shipped to Colorado by the error or glitch of Kohls Online as when the order was submitted it stated to be shipped to 616 Cleveland Ave Taylor Mill, KY 41015. I would have never shipped to Colorado as that would delay the package. The way this situation has been handled as if they do not make mistakes or glitches never happen are obsurd and poor customer service on top of the poor customer service I already received. They would not even contact FedEx to have the package rerouted...it was not attempted by anyone on their staff. I understand that errors occur and so should they. This was definitely a transmission error on their part...and they have done nothing to rectify it.If this would have been my error, so be it, I get it as I would have just sucked it up and had my daughter overnight the package to me and I would have called and said, hey I made a mistake can I have the package rerouted. That is not what happened. I can fess up to an error, but can they?I just want them to take the ownest of this as it was not my fault.
