This did not resolve anything. It was just an automated message of their return policy. No apology for the fact that I was called blind they did not even acknowledge it. Very poor understanding of the situation, and no sympathy towards that at all. I will return the item and cancel my account, because I refuse to do business with crooks and people who treat their customers like dirt, and going as far as making discriminating statements. I see now that my business here isn't needed. And there was also no acknowledgement of the cover pictures being changed. Very disappointed.

So basically I was forced to purchase $60 workth of Kohl's Cash as a penalty for returning merchandise that yields Kohl's Cash. I made 2 purchases and 2 returns, that should yeild 0 balance.In my case I have coupon that expire and my credit card is $60 short. Revdex.com:

[redacted] Normally I don't do this but I am truly upset by the way Kohl's is handling this.Like I said,  I've been a customer since I was a little girl with my Grandma taking me shopping at Kohl's. I still have a pair of cloud sweatpants from Kohl's that I got for Christmas when I was 8, I'm now 28.  My entire house is decorated with Kohl's home goods.  My kitchen has been stocked with Food Network supplies from Kohl's.  My bedroom and bathroom and decked out in [redacted]'s line from Kohl's. Every time I need anything for myself,  or need to give gift,  I go to Kohl's.  Now I have been loyal for so many years, and I have all of these problems and you want, expect, and are satisfied "fixing" this issue with 3 30% off coupons?  How do you expect to regain a customer by giving them coupons if they are so upset that they don't know if they want to return to your store?Now, you may think why would someone fight so hard, and file a Revdex.com report for a missing item valued at $12? The reason isn't because of the $12. It is because of the THOUSANDS that I have spent at your store, the HOURS that I have spent trying to get my money back,  fix my online orders, fix my registry, the TWO separate times I went to the store for the registry system to be down, the trying to return an item in store purchased off of my registry (without a receipt) and be offered pennies even though it was on the shelf for sale for $25, stuck with another item yet again I don't want, to FIGHT for the coupons I was promised, look like an it trying to use a coupon that you sent to me for my remaining wedding registry items that expired a YEAR before I got it, the HOURS I spent walking around Kohl's to match bath rugs to bath rugs, jeans for jeans, exact price tag ONLY to exchange my online order when I was told I could return in store with no problem (which was a waste of an entire day because guess what,  nothing matched, it was all off by 0.1 so they wouldn't take it back.  Even if it was on sale for less! Ended up keeping everything that I wanted to return! )  the arguments that I've had with my husband because of all the stress,  the embarrassment of having to PERSONALLY find coupons to give to my bridal party guest list since I never received the coupons to give them that I  promised, the random deposit of .52?, the customer service AGENTS that lied to me numerous times, and  the THREE missing items reports that I made over the span of TWO MONTHS that NEVER went through until I made this report. I have been fighting for over 2 months.  I do not feel in the slightest that 30% off coupons is fair to rectify the absolute nonsense that I have dealt with with Kohl's in the past couple months.  This is not fair. Do I accept your offer? No. I do not.

SO AGAIN I REQUEST MY ITEM BE REFUNDED OR KOHLS IS TO PROVIDE SHIPPING CONTAINER ACCEPTABLE UNDER UPS GUIDELINES WITH RETURN SHIPPING PAID. KOHLS IS WRONG IN ALLOWING THIS SITUATION TO CONTINUE FROM DECEMBER CLEARLY THERE IS NO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER LOYALTY OR GUARANTEE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS ARE PREVALENT. BUT THIS IS THE PROOF OF MY OFFER AND UNDER LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS IS ACCEPTABLE AS A PROMISE TO PAY FROM A VENDOR TO A CUSTOMER.

We are unable to release our telephone records at this time. We have mailed a $40 gift card to the customer. Please allow 10-14 business days to receive it. We apologize for any inconveniences.

We regret to hear of the customer's recent frustrations with our company. These items are directly shipped from the vendor, not a kohl's warehouse, so regrettably we are unable to send the missing parts. Our record show UPS pick-up requests have been initiated for both the items from Kohls.com order # [redacted] , and [redacted]. When the merchandise arrives back to the warehouse, the customer will be credited accordingly. Additionally, we are more than happy to honor the original prices paid on a new order, if the customer still desires the merchandise. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I received a very generic apology letter from a supervisor at Kohls.  I had been calling and asking for help from a supervisor since April 29th and couldn't get anywhere until they received your complaint.  I do have documented proof of all my complaints and would be more than happy to upload and send if needed.  If I go to the Kohls website, it still says you can change, edit or cancel an order within 30 minutes which is where my problem started.  I tried to fix a problem within 7 minutes and was told be a very rude person it can't be done.  I also have documentation, dated April 29th, that my refund would be reflected in my account within 2 business day.  I didn't receive it until May 13th.  I think this company needs help and I would like my complaint to stand

The items were unable to be obtained by FedEx. This was not an error on my part. No one is able to tell me why it was shipped to the incorrect address. I hope that there will still be a credit applied to my account.  I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service before! I as well as my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone I can reach out to via social media will ever shop at Kohls again.

Please stop avoiding the matter at hand & just provide the proof.   It's not a difficult task to do. They are just avoiding the obvious that they are in wrong & can't provide what I am asking for!  NO ONE sells items for 15 cents & 10 cents. Kohls is trying to bully the consumer & since the consumer doesn't stand up to them, it keep happening. I want proof that the items were sold for 10 & 15 cents!  This matter is not closed until I receive the proof!  Why won't they provide it?I would expect that the Revdex.com would intervene in a situation like this or do I need to take this up with the Consumer Protection Agency???   Please see belowWhat is Consumer Rights Law? Consumer rights and consumer protection law provides a way for individuals to fight back against abusive business practices. is placed on the account at the time an order is placed and charges to the
account are not made until the...

items have shipped or are picked up in store.
With your order, the Fitbit was charged when it shipped and the Keurig was
charged when you picked it up in store. For online purchases, the authorization
will drop off within 72 hours, which is why you see that authorization removed
at this time. Authorizations for Buy Online Pick Up In Store drop off within
the 7 to 10 day timeframe. We are unable to accommodate to customer’s request
for any compensation. We apologize for the confusion.

Our records show Kohls.com order #[redacted] was not rejected by error, but due to security purposes. We are unable to accommodate the customer's request to honor Black Friday prices. We apologize for any disappointment.
