I do understand that there was a mistake made by Kohls.  They had three opportunities to fix it but no one wanted to take the extra step to see why it was happening.  I was very much inconvenienced and I want the complaint to stand.  Not a happy customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  That being said, this credit was finally provided by a team I was connected with after having to post a negative comment on their Facebook page.  Three phone calls, a very long email thread, and this complaint did nothing to resolve my issue.  They have still lost a customer over this.

$20 Kohl's cash that I had earned was used on second order of $60.71 which was not received as well. So in return I will only get credited $60.71 loosing Kohl's cash of &20? Order placed on June 26th was not used with $20 Kohl's cash.
