I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11758924, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Kohl's has offered no explanation of their written posted refund policy that I complained about.  They offer nothing new in their most recent response.I stand behind my view that your written return policy states a corporate-issued refund is an option to the consumer.  I don't understand why you use that wording if you actually mean something else.

All I had asked was that Kohl's replace the stained shirt that they sent me and I had provided photos of it still with tags. Their response is that's I have to buy another one and they weren't willing to replace it. Kohl's has lost a long term dedicated customer because they weren't willing to replace a damaged item that they sent me. Kohl's feels that they are doing you a favor by selling product to you... I will do them a favor and never to return to their stores and ensure that my [redacted] are made aware of the poor customer service of Kohl's. I will be filing a claim with my bank on the charge that Kohl's made to my card for faulty merchandise and their unwillingness to replace it.

It is Kohl's practice to attempt to contact customers via phone or e-mail in an effort to verify order information. We appreciate the customer's feedback regarding her experience, and once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

We have credited $1,068.38 for our customer in compensation for the price adjustment on the original order ending in [redacted]. The credit will appear on our customers Master Card in an average of seven days. As previously communicated to our customer, we are unable to price adjust Buy One Get One (BOGO)...

promotions, as well as honor any earned Kohl's Cash from the original order, as the replacement order was initiated in a non-earning period for Kohl's Cash.

We received the customer's concern through a different channel and have addressed them.

Our records show the customer redeemed the remaining Kohl's Cash on Kohls.com order #4307226168. We consider this [redacted]er resolved.

I wish it had not come to this, but I understand that Kohls had there hands tied a bit as well. I do know that this could have been handled in a better manor before this level of escalation came up, but it shows true integrity that they did take the balance of the futon mattress off of my card. Thank you Kohls for taking my complaint to heart and standing by your policies and grantees. I will be a returning customer again.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced due to her return. We have confirmed that our customer is working directly with her local store to address her concern and assist with the refund going forward.

We received the customer's complaint through a different channel. Our records indicate a $25.00 gift card was mailed to the customer as requested.

Upon review, our records do not indicate a promise of a $40.00 e-gift card due the error with the customer's purchased gift card. However we are offering to apply $40 to a future order placed online. The customer will need to reply with the new order number to make the necessary adjustment.

Our customer has reached out to us via a different channel. It shows a refund was processed on February 17, 2017 in the amount of $293.76 to the Master Card ending in 2540. Please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days for it to appear.

We are more than happy to research the customer claims, but at this time they have failed to provide any transaction details. We advise the customer to reply with a copy of their receipt for further research.

by the business in reference to complaint ID 11899589, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My order was sent to an unknown person, which includes my name, address, and credit card information.  Kohl's has refunded my credit card, but has not responded to my request to provide credit monitoring service for 3 years.  I requested this in my original Revdex.com complaint as well, and there is no mention of it in Kohl's response.  I do not know who received my package, or what that person intends to do with my personal information.  Kohl's should be doing something in efforts to protect me from identity theft as my personal information is now in the hands of someone else.
