Upon review of our customers Order 5817239127, it shows the order was placed for color sandstone. If our customer has a order confirmation showing the color dove, we are requesting the customer attach it. We see no error on Kohl's end.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer has experienced. We are more than happy to partner with our rebate department to research our customer's concern. Once a response is received, we will be happy to reach out to our customer.

We need more information in regards to our customer's concern. Please have our customer provide their Yes 2 You Rewards number, so we can verify why the account is locked out.

However, they have not addressed the issue of the interest and non payment fees my Kohl's credit card accrued, due to their dragging their feet on this matter. Had they taken care of this matter in a timely manner, (not taking almost 3 months to credit my account)...none of these fees would have occurred. Trust me, like Kohl's, I want to close the book on this matter..and as soon as they do the right thing and cancel the fees, on my credit card, due to their mishandling of the matter. I will gladly, be done with Kohl's FOREVER. I will never do business with them again.  They do not value me as a customer, so I will not spend my hard earned money with them. Oh, and  to expose there tactics, the refund they are referring to in this letter, is for merchandise I returned to a Kohl's store...not three lost package, I never received...but the headache isn't worth it....almost 3 months of this foolishness. I have never encountered such pathetic customer service. I just want those fees taken care of, and they can be done with me...as my family friends, and myself are with them. Ps....it's really hilarious, I keep saying I don't want a rebate or Kohl's cash...and they continue to bring it up. It just shows they don't even care enough about there customers to actually deal with the matter...Pathetic. I did not create this situation

They are telling it's my mistake because I didn't ask about my cash ($300), but I asked them by phone in 12-30-2015 after 29 days after I received my order (TV). Then they sent the coupon after minutes from my call, but the coupon was invalid.So I would like to ask, how is it my mistake?  I asked them when I didn't receive my cash.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced with her recent Kohls.com return.  The Kohl's Cash ending in 3777 still has the balance of $85.89 on there which she can use up to March 12, 2017. We will research the other 3 Kohl's Cash which reflect no balance....

 Once we research her inquiry, we will be happy to follow up with our customer.

We are able to confirm that a return for the incorrect merchandise from Kohls.com order #[redacted] was refunded in 10/17/15. Our records also indicate Kohls.com order number #[redacted] was delivered 10/17/15. This item was directly shipped from the vendor and not a Kohl's warehouse. We will...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution will be one I accept not because they refunded all the money due me as they did not refund for exchange and did not refund full amount of order in question. My order was $54.28 and they refunded me $44.00. Why I do not know but as they had hoped, I am tired of trying to get them to comply.  I have succeeded in getting all of my friends and family to never shop Kohl's again and that will be satisfaction enough.

We regret to learn that the advertised item was not available. We make every effort to ensure that we have enough merchandise to meet the needs of our customers. However, on occasion, an item may out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock amounts from our vendors. Our products are placed in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item, based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales flyers. Per my complaint, there were two orders that were returned and I have only received the refund for order # #6733193354 as they state in their response. I am still waiting for my refund on order # 6782821479 which was returned to Kohl's on 12/8 per UPS tracking # 1Z76A26E2690989902.

After further research we are able to confirm that regrettably the original return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was erroneously voided. We have processed a new credit to the customer's account on 11/19/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on her Kohl’s...
