I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Its disheartening that companies, such as Kohl's do not take customer satisfaction more seriously.  The level of effort that I had to take in order to get my money returned was significant, yet I did not receive an apology.  Kohl's has lost me as a customer.

We received the customer's complaint from a different channel and have advised him the late fee has been waived and is reflected on his account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our records do not indicate there was returned mail on the account as it is the customer's responsibility to update their mailing address.  In addition, the customer is receiving statements to their e-mail address not mailing address. We have determined that the information...

previously furnished to the credit reporting agencies is accurate. Updating the information will create inaccurate representation of the status of the account with us. The integrity of the credit reporting system relies on the validity of the information furnished; therefore, we are unable to comply with his request to update this information with the credit reporting agencies.

Our records indicate she enrolled in e-statements on November 20, 2014. We advise her to allow 7-10 business days to receive the $10 coupon via e-mail. If she has not received the coupon after this time-frame we advise her to contact our Customer Service Department.

We will be happy to research our customer's concern, but more information is needed. • Can the customer confirm what tenders he was using and discounts, as well as the merchandise purchased.

At this point, I don't want anything from them anymore. Just to admit they were wrong in this situation. It is their "practice" to contact via email or phone call, yet use the less personal and efficient of the 2 and give an unrealistic time frame for customer response. Seems another of their "practices" is to disregard and disrespect customer loyalty and concerns. It is clear from their last response that they no longer hold any interest in mine so I will think twice before making Kohl's my first (or any) choice in the future.

Please advise our customer we processed a refund to his MasterCard in the amount of $10.95 for the difference in the return amount. We apologize to the customer for the error, and assure this was isolated and will not happen again.

We advise the customer to place a new order and we will honor the 30% off discount as well as $20.00 in Kohl's Cash on the order. This offer can not be combined with any other percent-off or dollar off-discount. Simply reply to with the new order number so that we can make the necessary adjustments.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with Order
6192712807. We have processed a refund in the amount of $86.46 to the Visa
ending in 1271. We are also mailing out a $40.00 gift card.  This will include

Unfortunately, the customer returned the item past the expected timeframe. We stand by our previous statement at this time.

We have researched the customer's concerns related to
Kohls.com order #4751348885. Our records show the customer was only charged
$26.13 to her Master Card ending in 8408. At this time we advise the customer
to provide an official February and March bank statement for further
review.

  This is the exact same thing they have promised for the past 3 months and have not delivered on.  I would rather have the $34.14 refunded to my credit card so I am not forced to do business with Kohl's Corporation again to get my daughter's $34.14 Crhistmas present amount back.  If Kohl's Corporation follows through on this promise I will consider this matter closed.  I will reject Kohl's offer until such time as I receive the refund to my Mastercard and the giftcard in the mail.  Please check back with me on March 31, 2017, to see if this matter is resolved.

I called 8555645704 and was told no one could help me that they are not a complaint department. So still no one will talk to me about my complaint nor does anyone talk to me. All along I have asked for corporate to talk to me so they can see what I went through and over a dozen of their Kohls.com employees lied to me and caused me not to have my ring on my wedding day. All I want is to talk to someone high up in the corporation so no one else goes through what I went through
