We ask the customer to reply with the sku/UPC numbers or order numbers of the duplicate items so that we can schedule a UPS pick-up for the items. Once we have this information and the pick-up request is scheduled, an immediate refund will be processed.

I had to call 5 different times and each time the response was terrible. In other words the Supervisor told me I had no choice but to wait. I am now 15 days in and no refund.. I cannot believe how terrible their customer service people are. I was told 3 times I would see a refund and that I would receive an email confirming this. I finally got an email late yesterday. The people that I had spoken with didn't seem to take my issue seriously. Not their money I suppose. They take it out quickly but they sure drag their feet putting it back. I have never ever dealt with such horrible service. By the time this is resolved (if it is) It will be a month. You tell me if that is fair?

Upon review of her Kohl's Charge account, our records indicate only a payment of $25.00 made on 09/20/14. We have not received a payment for the August statement. If a payment was made online through her My Kohl's Charge account, a payment confirmation e-mail would have been e-mailed to her. After...

review of the fax received, it shows a $25.00 debit however it does not indicate it was done by Kohl's. In addition, the fax shows it was done at the store not online.  We advise her to attach a copy of her bank statement indicating the debit was done by Kohl's or copy of the confirmation e-mail to confirm payment debited from her bank account in order to research issue further.

The customer's concerns have been forwarded to the proper channels. We apologize for any additional disappointment.

The response I received from Kohl's did not answer my questions.  I specifically asked them to explain why they split my refund between merchandise credit and original payment method, how that split was determined, and why they use this 'split return' when it is not stated on their website.  I did not get the answers to these questions but merely a general statement that quotes "This
information is listed online at kohls.com. In addition, our discounts
are applied to the entire purchase amount not a specific item.".   My issues with this response are that when reviewing the information on kohls.com, it states the following:"Are you returning merchandise that was purchased with Kohl’s Cash?  If you are making a return or price adjustment on an item you bought with Kohl's Cash®, the value of the Kohl's Cash® coupon will be returned as a Kohl's Merchandise Credit."
 It states nothing about splitting refund methods or how the split is determined.  So they have not answered me about why this split method is not on their site.  If it is and I am missing it, I want them to send me a direct link to their website where it states that so I can read about it.  Additionally, they have not answered me about how the split is determined since the statement on their website refers to "the value of the Kohl's Cash" and nothing about partial value. So their additional statement in their response, "per our return policy regarding Kohl's Cash, the return was processed properly" does not make sense since since their return policy does not mention split return methods or partial Kohl's Cash values when returning.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Why would I bother to go stand in the cold for an hour at midnight before the store opening (being the first person in line) just to be told that the item isn't there as advertised? If I do accept a refund, it should be the amount needed to purchase the said item at a different store.

The first order I didnt know it had changed the address until I saw it had been delivered but I didnt see it thats when I realized it had changed the address. Ive called serevel time and been told different thing the first gal even noted for whatever reason it defaulted back to old address. My addres has been chnage and old address no where on file. Ive made orders since then and no trouble then out of the blue it happened again I had only noticed because I placed the same order twice but after processing the second I noticed the total was different went back to other order and some how my old address was on it so the tax made it different amount. This time I call immediately and the rep had no clue how my old address was in there. Had it happened once I may not have thought more about it but now it has happened a second time as well. Luckily some how I did get refunsed the second order. However im still out over $100 for something that randomly happened and happened again.

If they had it in stock, then why didn't they ship it in the first place? Or in the second place?  I am continuing to be the victim of Kohl's unwillingness to do the right thing and to have sent the right item.  In short, in my communications with them before the Revdex.com and now with the Revdex.com they have been not been the least contrite and have offered no reasonable solution to this problem.  A good company would have gone out of their way to have made the customer feel wanted and respected.  Especially if they looked at their records, someone who was a good customer of their's until this point.I renew my plea of this complaint for them to own up for this mistake. Now since the item that was allegedly in stock is out of stock, I ask for compensation for the turmoil that they have put me through.  I thoroughly and emphatically reject their response to this issue.

The scheduled pick up was scheduled for MY address. The item was  shipped to my daughter's adddress, as per my order. Another example of the issues I have been dealing with.
