Upon review of her Kohl's Charge account, a payment was made on 05/22/14 in the amount of $110.54 however the due date is the 21st of each month. full balance is not paid by the cycle date. Two interest charges in the amount of $1.00 each was assessed to her account as there was a balance of $25.00 due to the assessment of the late fee. The late fee has been waived as a courtesy, unfortunately, as this was not a Kohl's error, the interest charges were not waived. As a courtesy, we have taken the necessary steps to update your credit profile to reflect as current with zero delinquencies. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 60 days for this information to reflect on your credit profile. A letter has been mailed to you and may be used as evidence of the correction in process, in the interim.

Also I never received any email saying that the order was cancelled. I only received the email saying the order was shipped out. Please send out the order as in that order, or please DO return gift cards to me. If you refund gift card to me, please make sure refund me the whole amount that I paid!

After partnering with our Corporate Refund Department we are
able to confirm that the customer’s refunds required additional review. The customer
will receive three Kohl’s Merchandise Credits via mail. We advise the customer

I contacted the customer service dept again to try and resolve the issue and have attached the chat message to this e-mail. My problem is you cannot choose to ship to two different addresses on the website and they shipped half to me, the other half to my father and they still want to charge me for shipping when I should of had free shipping to begin with and have to still reship this gift which will be close to $20 to get it there on time. I should of had free shipping not $17 or now discounted by $8 of which I have not seen a refund. When I contacted customer service they stated I would be getting a full refund via chat. Please see attached. This is the second huge shipping error I have had with Kohls and I will conact the Attorney General and media if necessary. I never complain to companies when things go slightly wrong but they have now messed up a birthday gift and now a christmas gift for family. Kohls needs to make this right.
