We
apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced upon receiving her
Kohls.com package. In order for us to determine a discount for her item, we are
requesting the customer attach photos with her complaint so we may review
further.

Unfortunately, due to the age

#2836656549, we are unable to retrieve it in our systems. We are happy
to assist our customer, and credit the her accordingly, if she attaches the
original copy of her receipt showing the item name and price paid.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced when attempting to place a order on Kohls.com. We are requesting for our customer to attach a copy of the email or coupon so we may research further on our end.

A credit for $6.30 was processed back to the customer's account on 11/30/15. We advise the customer to log in to their My Kohl's Charge account, or review their next billing statement to confirm the credit.

A credit was previously applied in the amount of $16.31 on November 08, 2016. It was applied t your Kohl's Charge ending in 3858. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to process to our customers account.

We are unable to comply with the customer's request for a Store Credit. When you return merchandise from a purchase that earned Kohl’s Cash, the Kohl’s Cash value will decrease. If you have already used your Kohl’s Cash coupon, the amount of the Kohl’s Cash will be deducted from your return amount....

And if you are making a return or price adjustment on an item you bought with Kohl's Cash®, the value of the Kohl's Cash® coupon will be returned as a Kohl's Merchandise Credit. The details of the Kohl’s Cash Coupon program are stated on the back of each coupon, as well as our Kohl’s flyers.

Upon review of our customer's concern, it appears a refund was applied to the Kohl's Charge ending in 7299. The amount of the credit applied is $48.68 on June 09, 2016. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to appear.

We would like to confirm that there is no
record of any known system error that would have prevented the customer from
using the Kohl's Cash before its expiration date. As a one-time courtesy we
have processed a $10 credit to the customer's Kohl's Charge ending in [redacted].

Upon review of the customer’s concern, it appears that
regrettably her purchase was not made during the qualifying dates to earn the
rebate. The requirement of each rebate is set up and specific to each vendor of
our merchandise. The specific rebate qualification period is a decision...

directly by the manufacturer, not by Kohl’s. Kohl’s is unable to comply with
the customer’s request to issue the rebate outside of the dates established by

I informed Kohl's multiple times that I moved to a new address[redacted]. Every time they said they sent me the rebate. But I NEVER received anything at all.

Our records show the customer's order has been shipped in 4 packages. 2 of your packages are scheduled to be delivered on December 17, 18, 2015 by FedEx under tracking number [redacted] and [redacted]. The other package shows that this has been forwarded to the customer's Local...

post office by UPS with tracking numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. We would suggest that the customer contact their local post office and ask them if they have the packages.

Regrettably without the accompanying proof of purchase we are unable to provide any additional credit. At this time we stand by our offer of $90.28 in the form of a Kohl’s Merchandise Credit.

Our records indicate there were two mattresses purchased. One on February 22, 2014 with order number [redacted], that arrived damaged. The second mattress was purchased on March 31, 2014 with order number [redacted], which did not arrive damaged. UPS pick-ups were scheduled for the original order,...

[redacted], to process a refund for the item however when the item was picked up, the incorrect order was left out to be picked up. Therefore, a return was processed for order [redacted] instead of [redacted]. In addition, a return was still processed for order [redacted] even though we did not have the merchandise. Ultimately, there were two purchases made, two returns processed, and only one item was picked-up by our UPS. Due to this, she was re-billed for the missing item that was not returned to our Fulfillment Center.

06/22/15The Kohl’s Off Aisle Store is a discount store. Unfortunately duplicate merchandise may not be available. The store did properly rectify the matter with offering the exchange. The feedback will be taken into consideration for future changes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
