We have processed a credit back to our customer’s Kohl’s Charge for the
missing items she did not receive with her kohls.com order# [redacted]. We
advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on

items for the order have been delivered. As a courtesly to the customer, we have refunded the total amount of the order for the amount of $56.68. This adjustment will reflect on the customer's bankcard statement. The customer would need to submit a new order for the items with the correct shipping address information.

In our reply, we did not indicate someone from the store would be in contact with the customer. However we stated, his complaint will be forwarded for review within our store. We apologize for the confusion.

this does not resolve my complaint.. Also, she told me they can  not refund me because I used Gift Cards for the purchase, what does it mean? Also, she said  because I bought the gift cards through online websites they can not refund me while that is not true reason.Also, one of the gift cards was from a return purchase by myself. She even didn't refund me for the gift card.for another thing,  before I called to the fraud department  and they didn't  know about my problem. Yes the situation has ended by my driving over 50 miles each way to Virginia and taking the coffee makers back to the store personally. I don't accept that Kohl's has acted responsively or ethically in this situation by their refusal to cancel the order when I first contacted them. AS WELL AS, them giving some explanation and apology for the website problems that caused this to happen. I am disgusted with Kohls and I don't plan to use them or recommend them to the many people I am in contact with daily!

We received the customer's complaint via a different channel and have addressed his concerns with his mother's account directly with him. We apologize for the service he received from our associates and assure this matter will be reviewed internally for the proper coaching.

We have reviewed our customer's complaint and partnered with UPS. UPS states an investigation was open on December 09,2016. UPS states they will contact the shipper once the trace is completed and advise on how to proceed from there.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund until UPS...

and the shipper notify us of their findings, since the packages were provided to UPS and we completed fulfilling our customers order.

In order to research this complaint, we need more information about the customer's purchase. We ask the customer provide his Kohls.com order number or transaction information from him in-store receipt. We are unable to address the customer's concerns with the provided information. At this time we advise the customer to respond with their Kohls.com order number, as well as the UPC or SKU number for further research.

Please be advised we stand behind our previous decision to not honor the expired Kohl's Cash. Upon further review, our customer was issued a "Blue" Kohl's Cash which does not have a 10-day grace period for in store use.

What is being offered is what I was already offered and I am not happy with that. I don't want to have to pay and wait for a credit and I don't want to have to pay shipping charges. I followed the fine print for the offer and don't understand what the problem is. This is why I wrote in and filed a complaint because no one was resolving my issue.
