December 20, 2016   CT Revdex.com Case #: [redacted]       This is in response to your delivery concern rebuttal to the Revdex.com.   Confirming our telephone conversation last week, I found that your neighbor’s household had also been chosen to receive a courtesy sample subscription.  Therefore, upon having a shared driveway you saw their copy of the Chicago Tribune on November 27th.   Both households have been removed from our sample listing; no further sample products will be delivered.   We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced and appreciate your patience as we worked in getting this matter resolved.    Sincerely,   [redacted] CSSS Team

The consumer confirmed that their paper was delivered by the garage door before 8:00 am.We have sent a follow up escalation to the Regional Manager assigned in their area to continue to service check the consumer's  delivery. In addition, a follow up message has been forwarded to the carrier assigned in the consumer's area to ensure that the customer newspapers arrive by the guaranteed delivery time and to deliver their paper by the garage door.
