subscriptions appears as follows: This is a continuous subscription that may be cancelled at any time.  To cancel or make changes to your subscription, you must call us at ###-###-####.  We do not accept written correspondence (as these go to our processing center).  You will be charged for any newspapers delivered prior to cancellation. Renewal notices are sent four weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for our subscribers to stop or make any changes to their account.  Upon reviewing your account, our records reflect; no request to stop at expiration (April 2017).  Bill dated July 08, 2017 is for delivery service from April 2017 to July 2017.  Due to our continuous subscription, delivery of the Sunday newspaper continued until July 03, 2017. This resulted in a final bill of $16.13. As a valued past subscriber, we wish to inform you, that the pending balance of $16.13 has been cancelled from your account and ARM Solutions Collection has been notified. work with our delivery team to ensure consistent delivery of the newspaper. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate the consumer's request. In addition to the credits applied on the consumer's account for the missed deliveries, the best we can offer is a 26-week extension on his account as a compensation for the inconvenience he has experienced with the delivery issues. This credit will extend his subscription from December 13, 2015 to June 12, 2016.

I will be happy with this resolution as long as they follow through with these delivery issues and insure that the delivery service that they use will be held accountable. I accept the extra 26 weeks and will give the Chicago Tribune the chance to correct the delivery issue. However, if the situation continues now or in the future I will file another complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:I received another incomplete paper last Sunday (11/22).  When I called to complain, I was guaranteed a complete paper today, which is Thanksgiving.....It gets worse, I waited for my paper for 2 hours and never received it! I called customer service again, and the uaranteed my complete paper would be delivered within the next hour....I waited as long as I could and when I returned home, it mever was delivered!! I will be calling daily until this is remedied....
