Had we known you continued experiencing sporadic delivery service; this would have been addressed with our local distributor for immediate resolution. Here at the Chicago Tribune, we pride ourselves on offering our customers the best service possible. Therefore, the charge of $23.78 associated with delivery from October 23, 2017 through December 30, 2017 has been credited back to your subscription account.  Refund for the credit adjustment of $23.78 will go out the week of February 06, 2018. I am rejecting this response because:I have repeatedly heard this from them, at least 3 times and most recently a few days ago that they promise that a District Manager will contact me. I still haven't received a call. If they refuse to call perhaps they could sent a letter letting me know what is going to be done about this problem. Our carrier is now double bagging the paper but double bagging it so that there is still an open side, instead of alternating the bags. This makes no sense because the paper will still get wet this way. I do not understand why it is so difficult not only for the paper to be properly bagged, thrown so that it doesn't rip the bag, that we get a a paper every day and why I still haven't received a phone call. This has become extremely frustrating and taking up way too much of my time that I need to devote to other important matters.

Necessary complaint has been brought up to their attention to elevate the concern in a higher level of supervision and to ensure delivery of 2 copies of the Sunday paper. Arrived promptly at the agreed time, cut down and chipped two trees, ground down
stumps and surface roots and did a perfect clean up all for a good price and
seniors discount, they were a super crew from the boss down.
