Thank you for contacting me, however as I have mentioned many times I have not received the 3rd [redacted] chargerI have received packages from you is this what you are speaking about I have received package that only contained [redacted] chargers A second package that only contained charger but it was the wrong chargerAnd a 3rd package that again only contained charger however it again was the wrong chargerIt was identical to to the previous wrong charger (the Second Package) Please see that I have explained this at least twice in my many emails to you and that I have also sent you pictures showing what I received Attached is what I have also sent to " [redacted] " regarding my dispute with Laptop charger

I ordered a LCFWatt Laptop Charger for $I recieved the standard Watt model PA-P/N LCFthat sells for $Item was ordered two day air and I paid extra for that, $13.99, over the standard mail rate of $I received the wrong part days later standard mail refused to admit any error or When I contacted the company they refused to correct the order and never offered a refund for the price difference in chargers.Hi,This is [redacted] from laptop charger factory.We would like to inform you that when the order was placed there was no confirmation for 120w charger and that is the reason customer did not receive 120w charger and instead of that got 90w oneBut we sent a return label to customer to return the 90w chargerWe were under processing for refunding the difference of the amount for shipping but customer has opened a dispute with paypal and due to this money has been put on hold by paypal which customer paid to usHence, customer has to get the dispute removed then in that case we will refund the shipping amount difference and can send the replacement charger for 120wPlease confirm asap.We can surely do an exchange with the correct one

days after I placed my order, days after they charged my credit card, they sent me an email saying that they had to purchase from a different supplier and it would cost 48% more than the price they sold it to me They would ship as soon as I authorized the additional charge Perhaps this was an unavoidable accident, BUT they are still advertising the exact same item at the original price - not the new price they want me to pay Looks like the old BAIT and SWITCH to me

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] .I did receive a refund for the full price I paid for the laptop charger from the companyI have not, however, received a refund for the shipping that I had to pay out of my pocket for returning the charger to themI am grateful for the refund I received; but, I still feel like this whole situation could have been avoided had the company recommended the correct charger in the first placeI personally don't have faith in their practices, nor do I believe that they make it easy to return items when the returns are caused by their mistakesLet's just say this was a lesson learned Regards, [redacted]
