The product I ordered did not arrive until a week after the estimated delivery date even when I ordered with next day delivery, I asked for my shipping back and they never gave me it back, then when the product arrived I no longer needed it and sent it back to themAnother week later I get a power cord in the mail, from them, they never stated that I would receive two parts of my purchase, I tried to return it but have yet to receive a shipping label, I have been waiting three weeks now for my money to get refunded but the refuse to because I can't return the productI shouldn't have to pay to ship their product that they clearly do not wantI have spoken to employees there; [redacted] ***, [redacted] and ***All have been saying that I will receive my refund, it has now been three weeks with me calling them every single day and yet I have received nothingAfter speaking to [redacted] he sends me an address telling me to send this to them but I refuse to have to pay for something that I did not want anymore because of their horrible shippingIt shouldn't be my problem that their shipping department hasn't sent them a shipping label for me to to send the package back, it's as if they don't want the power cord back but I'd love to have my money back.Hi,This is to inform in this case that yes it was a delayed delivery from the shipping department and that is the reason we refunded shipping difference and we have just kept regular delivery feeCustomer, when received the charger, did not ask us for providing the return label and returned the charger on his own to the ***e address which was there on the package and that is why we are having hard time tracking it as it has still not reached usWhen customer received the power cable(as both parts usually shipped or come in two separate packages), asked for return label we provided return address as we were unable to get the return label so we had to provide return address but now customer is not ready for paying to ship the power cord back to usWe are trying our level best for the return label and that is taking time actuallyWe will give the best resolution to customer and we will refund customer once we receive our both items backIn the mean time, we have already refunded $back to customer's credit card.Thanks!***

Hi, This is to inform in this case that yes the order was placed on 10/01/with next day express air delivery and was shipped the same day via the usps however it was further delayed from the usps which made the difference here and delivered on 5th october and that is why we offered a refund of 50% on expedited shipping customer paid forIf there had been any delay from our end we would have made the customer aware of thisNow as customer does not want this product hence we sent the return label and mentioned for refund with 20% restocking fee which is mentioned there on our website(in terms and conditions section).Once we get the product back we will refund 50% on shipping first as what we suggested earlier and will refund with 20% restocking fee deduction Thanks! ***

I ordered a charger from the company on 2/26/I received an email confirmation of my order that day saying that the charger would arrive between 3/and 3/I contacted them today and they said that due to an unspecified computer issue, the order was not placed and that I'd receive the order by 3/19/I needed the charger by a certain date and their chat, while friendly, was not terribly helpful

We would like to inform you that we have received the battery for the first one onlyNot the 2nd oneAs it looks like that the 2nd battery has been sent to the incorrect addressThat is the reason we have not seen that one yetIn this case we can do one thing we can refund $and give customer 30% discount on the next purchase otherwise can ship the correct battery again if we are provided the correct laptop make and model again

I ordered a laptop charger of the company website which was the correct charger required I received an email a day later to say that as the laptop charger was 'rare' there would be a further charge of £ I refused to pay the additional charge and stated in an email that they were advertising falsly Although I will add that I received a full refund, as promised, within working days
