Hi,This is to inform in this case that when this order was placed on 03/14/for PA3546E-1AC3(for units), we checked with factory whether it is available and ready to get delivered for next day delivery, then we were informed that delivery may take some to days time and moreover output specifications were not mentioned by customer as the charger for this part number comes in either 150w or 180w or more & that is the reason, we informed customer about the extra price for 180w chargersAs customer was not ready for making extra payment hence we cancelled the order and issued full refund back to customer's cardThanks!***

Complaint: [redacted] As you will please note in the MANY emails that we have had, I ordered chargers (Same day same order)for my [redacted] computer and for my [redacted] computerAs of this email I have received the [redacted] chargers and they work well My complaint has to do that you never sent me the correct [redacted] chargerI have received subsequent chargers from you both were incorrect TO restate, as of this email I have received chargers in the mail ( [redacted] chargers wrong charger received weeks after the two [redacted] chargers arrived and 2nd wrong charger after I informed you of the first wrong charger Regards, [redacted] ***

I ordered a very specific charger from this company - all the correct details were providedWhen it arrived, it was the wrong oneThere was a mix up over how to return the charger - I was told to send it as cheap as possible by post to the address on the boxI did this, but a day later a returns slip arrived - too late! I was told that if the charger could not be found at their end, I may be charged for itI provided proof of posting by email (which had to be sent three times - they kept saying they couldn't read it!) - but despite several requests I was never reimbursed for the postage - even though it was clearly their faultI haven't as yet been charged for the returned charger, but I am keeping a close eye on my Paypal account! I would NEVER use this company again!

As per our recent conversation over the phone, please be informed Mr. [redacted] has been refunded full amount for the battery he purchased from us and there is no return required of the merchandise from his end. Matter is closed.

Hi, We would like to inform in this case that we have already reshipped a new charger on the 27th and it will be delivered shortly Estimated delivery Wednesday, Feb 3, This order was placed in February and as it became defective in November hence we took care of the warranty and reshipped a new chargerClaiming warranty also take a bit time and we followed the procedure for the same

I am rejecting this response because: Again, I do not want another charger. All I want is my money back. Both chargers were returned on 10/18/14. I already purchased a charger that fits from a retail store. These scam artists are refusing to return my money. They should be put out of business. My next step is exposing them in the media. For all my aggravation, if they were a legitimate company they should at least wave the 20% restock fee.?

Thank you for contacting me, however as I have mentioned many times I have not received the 3rd *** chargerI have received packages from you is this what you are speaking about I have received package that only contained ** chargers.... A second package that only contained charger but it was the wrong charger....And a 3rd package that again only contained charger however it again was the wrong chargerIt was identical to to the previous wrong charger (the Second Package)Please see that I have explained this at least twice in my many emails to you and that I have also sent you pictures showing what I received. Attached is what I have also sent to "*** *** ***" regarding my dispute with Laptop charger
