Hi,We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused to customer.We would like to inform in this case that customer who paid for days delivery and we shipped the order on 17th as 17th was being monday and it was to be delivered on the 19th august but due to shipping department delay, it could not be delivered and they now gave an expected delivery date of monday 24th and we also checked with them and found that it will surely get delivered on monday the 24th.Customer paid $for two days shipping and we have already refunded the difference amount of $and now we are refunding $more as we will only keep only standard delivery charge not two days delivery chargeWe hope no issues.Thanks!***

I spoke to a customer representative (by chat) when I asked for information on which charger to buy I provided information about my laptop, and the Rep told me which one I needed I ordered it It was the wrong one I was told I had to pay for shipping ($11.61), but they would reimburse me up to $ I was then told I ordered the wrong one and I would need to provide images of my laptop to get the correct one I did I received the same model charger as the first time I was told I am responsible because it is the exact one which was ordered I bet it is, but I didn't pick it out The company picked it out, using the model number on the images I provided Now I am out another $in shipping, if they even reimburse me

We would like to inform you that customer paid $29.98(includes $for shipping) and ordered for a generic/replacement charger and the same was sent to the customerAs the charger was not working and that is the reason we sent return label for returning it to us so that we can send the correct one againThe return we provided which is of USPS is the correct one and we make sure that if you return it via the same label which we have provided then there would be no issues ta allOnce we receive the return from customer's end we can surely do either exchange at free of cost or refund with 20% restocking fee deduction for which customer was also readyCustomer did not order the original microsoft one because original microsoft charger costs much more than this one which is replacement chargerPlease return and we will issue refundThanks!***

This company is a ripoff They sell defective products and do not honor their guarantee Their website says they offer 100% money back guarantee and free return shipping That is a total lie Do not purchase anything at all from this company

I not only received the wrong charger but, after I returned it they have tried to charge me more to get the correct oneThe correct one is a simpler more common type than the one I was expecting

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! No matter what you type in the search bar, they have the charger for itYou could type in "Dog" and they would have the charger for itYou could type in "Cat" and they have the charger for that tooYou could type in a $legit charger and they have it listed for the same price as the dog and cat charger, $Certainly a dog and cat do not need a chargerAlso, they do not provide any specs on the one charger they have listed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On Fri Oct 3, - full week after repeated attempts to communicate, I was assured the label would be “Generated” On Monday Oct I received an email from Rod, asking me, do you want to return for exchange the battery or charger?” Having repeatedly attempted, in good faith – by writing, phone calls,and chat sessions on their website I must say the continued confusion was unacceptable But I repeat, there WAS NO RETURN MAIL SENT TO ME On Oct James spoke of the address in College Park the battery should be mailed to and asked me to update them of the tracking numberBut (AGAIN) I was without a physical USPS ID and the Post Office would not accept my package Oct 10, I still had NOT received a return mailerBut was assured it was still “Being generated”, and I was asked, “to provide the pics of the model number so we can reship the batteryDare I repeat the length of confusion in this company is amazing It was only AFTER informing them I had filed a complaint with you (Revdex.com) that I was mailed a photo/PDF of a USPS mail receiptChallenge lies in many Post Offices insisted they could not accept a photo, but needed the actual mail label - which I never have received Today, after much argument, I finally found a Post Office who accepted the photo in place of an actual mail label But in sincerity, the idea I should bear an imaginary stocking "fee"after surfing through days of almost constant confusion, misinformation, and poor customer service is patheticMy "fee" in lost work time and gas - trying to find a post office who might accept a picturewondering if I should report this company to the police for consumer fraud is, I dare say greater than their restocking feeA "FEE" WHICH ONLY WAS ANNOUNCED WHEN I INSISTED I WANTED A CREDIT, NOT TO EXCHANGEWithout question, without hesitancyworst shopping experience I have ever had Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I understand a claim can take time to process, but when I wait a week to be told the returned item has been processed a week ago, not by the company but by their warehouse, which I had to call myself, not just wait for emails to be replied to, it becomes an issueOn top of that, once again the complaint wasn't fully addressedI have yet to have a quality reply from this companyMost places when a product is defective will issue return labels for an item to be exchanged, and as I had the added expenditure of shipping I wish to have the shipping upgraded to expeditedAlso their warehouse knows of no shipment as they claimHow can there be an expected delivery date if their reps cannot even produce tracking informationThe reply from the business does not address every issueI am just ready for this experience to be overAnd since they will probably only reply to the last line of this response the issue isn't that there would be no warranty, it's that it's taking too long and i'm sick of your customer service reps either ignoring an issue or lying to me.Regards, [redacted] ***
