I ordered a laptop charger and extra battery from this company on 4/16/and paid for expedited shipping so that it would arrive in time for my son's birthdayMy card was charged $for product and shipping on 4/17/On 4/21/15, I received an email stating that they were running low on the product I requested and were going to charge me an additional $to send the product I had already paid forAs of today, 4/25/15, we have gotten the company to state that they will refund my money, but that has not happened yet

We would like to inform you that we got the information from our back-end team that the payment which is for the transaction of $was failed so we never got this amount from your cardYou can also check with the bank as they will show as a refund in the next statementWe informed you that if we have received the payment then it will be refunded but the payment never went through and that is the reason we let you know that that amount may be shown as a refund in the next statement by the bank as that payment never came to us

I, *** *** have receive reply to my request of refund of on 11-24-I do not fully accept your offer, I will accept the offer for the refund of for the first battery charge and return shipping cost sent to DiscountBatt immediately to my ** *** *** ***, SC 29453 in which is the correct return shipping addressI do not accept the percent discount on next purchase for the second batteryAs stated *** was e-mailed pictures of laptop, make and model number from the beginning of the transactionI just want my refund and am willing to resolve this matter immediately since second battery was not sent to the correct address as informed You are still saying you can ship the correct battery again if provided the correct laptop make and model againI went with another company to get the correct battery for the laptop as previously statedIn regards to the second battery I will contact DiscountBatt by e-mail once again to have them return the battery to me and I will pay for the return shipping costUpon receiving the battery I sent to them I will forward it to C. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to the customer and would like to bring in to the notice that return label for the battery was already sent to the customer's e mail address on October the 7th and again on October 17th Please check the e mail of the same dates mentionedFirst e mail was sent by me *** I sent the address to return to and then on 18th Roger sent a prepaid return label for the sameAs we will receive the battery we will process a refund for the same with a 20% restocking fee according to the company norms however we can exchange it out at no cost if customer wants which we have already asked forAnd we have already refunded for the expedited shipping in amount of $and we have kept only normal/regular shipping charge which is $only as the customer paid shipping charge of $after a $discount we gave

Hi,We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and would like to inform you that if you want then we can send the charger for the same laptop but this will then be a 150w charger with standard size cord. Please advise if this is okay. Thanks!

I am rejecting this response because:While I do accept the refund of $25.99, I want it clearly noted that ***’s excuse that “no specification mentioned (like 65w 90w 120w 150w 180w” is clearly incorrect,misleading and unacceptable!The facts are 1) This was a product advertised on their website and made available, by them, for purchase. 2) The complete manufacture’s computer product identification (for which this charger was to be used) was provided and further noted on their receipt to me (I can provide on request) Any excuse by their company that this incident was somehow do to the consumer not providing accurate information is pure B.SMy purpose of filing this complaint is to help consumers clearly understands the true nature company’s questionable business practices! their previous insistence that a Paypal account was necessary for a refund. They also did not address any of the other issues brought up in the complaint. Most importantly, how they got my email for the phishing scam.

This is to inform in this case that when this order was placed on 03/14/for PA3546E-1AC3(for units), we checked with factory whether it is available and ready to get delivered for next day delivery, then we were informed that delivery may take some to days time and moreover
output specifications were not mentioned by customer as the charger for this part number comes in either 150w or 180w or more & that is the reason, we informed customer about the extra price for 180w chargersAs customer was not ready for making extra payment hence we cancelled the order and issued full refund back to customer's card.

I have since discovered that you are expecting me to pay to ship the charger that you sent in error back to you, with your "promise" to refund the amount paid to meI am not willing to do thatI don't trust you
I have filed a grievance with my bank to get all of my money backI'm not interested in dealing with this company any moreI believe that they are a fraudulent organization.
I have ordered another charger from a reputable company
If I am sent a postage paid label, I will gladly return the incorrect charger to the company, as I have no use for it.

We would like to inform you that we have already sent customer return label a prepaid one to return the product to us at no costHence customer has to pay nothing for returning and once we receive it we will refund as we have already talked to customer about this

I'm a small business owner, and this is the first review on Revdex.com that I have ever written But I was compelled to in this caseI purchased a laptop charger through this business's online website I was in need of the charger by the close of business the next day, so I paid significantly more for the overnight shipping I was shipped the incorrect chargerWhen I asked for a correct charger to be shipped, again, overnight The customer service individual(s) refused to ship it anyway other than "regular delivery," and I would have to wait three (3) days to receive it It's been over a week since that conversation (where I was forced to accept their method of shipping), and I still have not received it yet I wish I could attach the e-mail chain that accompanied the telephone calls to them; if I wasn't the one going through it, I would find it pretty comicalAs a general rule, I do not get bothered when non-native English speakers are put in customer service roles And I understand the courtesy idioms like "please," "thank you," and "I'm sorry," are not often or easily said by anyone But my treatment by the customer service department was not a dialect/communication issue, it was simply rude Although, the poor English dialect did not assist the matter This was simply a case of poor follow-up, poor customer communication, and terrible follow-thru of service/delivery I would not recommend this service be used by anyone

Hi, This is to inform in this case that the first battery which was shipped was a replacement one and customer returned it to us which we received and then we reshipped one more battery and that was the original samsung battery which was orderIt was not defective one as it was tested before
it was sent to customerAs customer informed that he has returned the 2nd one as well to the same address we provided, but we still have not received it backCan we have a tracking number so that we can quickly check it out the status and as soon as we get it we will make sure to refund full amt

Yet another bad review for this companyI ordered a charger for my labtop only to get an email the following week stating that the charger that I ordered was not in Stock and I would have to pay for a higher priced oneWhen I called customer no serves the guy informed me that this email was correctI asked the agent why I would have to pay more form somthing that I did not order nor do I want, the agent just started to repeat himselfI asked the agent to get some one on the phone that could gave me an answer to my question like a superior the agent informed me that he would be unable to do soWhen asked why he could not give me an answer, again he just kept repeating himselfThis when on for a bit and suddenly out of nowhere the agent said o we do have the charger you ordered in Stock and that he would be sending it outSo my question is, if they had the charger in Stock why did I get this email or is this agent lying to me get me off the phone I guess I will soon find out
