I am rejecting this response because: One the day of the purchase, I chatted with the online person to inquire which charger would be proper for the Windows Surface Pro OneThe person informed me which one, and I completed the purchaseAfter I received it and went to use it, the charger sparked and fried my tablet. That evening I chatted with a ***, online he told me my system was not fried but the battery ID was drainedDon't even know what that isBut I told him I would be in touch after I had it checked out, he agreed. The next day after having the tablet checked by Microsoft Store Tech,I called the company, they refused to let me speak with a manager or the owner, but passed on my information to have someone call me, they never didThen I chatted online with a ***, who use the ***e picture of the person that said they we're *** the night before(makes you question whether their names are real as well.) This person would not help me get ahold of a manager either, they posted the Terms and ConditionsWell when I go to Best Buy, or any other store, I buy things in good faith and have never been handed a Terms and Condition statement prior to shoppingHad I read the terms and conditions prior that would really tell me don't shop here, but I did not click on that link prior to shopping, nor was I warned by the online chat person , that I should read it. The only thing the company will tell me other than read the terms and conditions is you can return your item and sorry for the inconvenienceMy damaged tablet, the time I spent checking it out, the time I ill be with out it and the cost, is more than and inconvenience Again, the company should stand behind their product, especially when they recommend which part to buy and if they are selling defective products should cover damage caused as well as remove that product from their inventory if they cannot stand behind it. I am rejecting this response because: They are either confused or lying. My bank did charge me months ago. I've spoken to my bank and they told me the charge went through, was authorized, and will not be refunded. I had to open a fraud case with my bank to see if they can get my money back.
I would also like to point out, in their last response to the Revdex.com complaint, they said they would call me within hours. A week has passed and they did not call me once. This company owes me money, I think they are scam artistsThey send out the wrong equipment, then charge you a 20% restocking fee to return it. If they send the wrong equipment, and it is their fault, they should refund the full amount.

I am rejecting this response because: This person is lying really bad they never sent me anything or contacted me and they never explained about a restocking fee they sent me a product they they found in the garbage somewhere and sent it to me I want ALL my money back a total refund there is nothing to restock!!!

I ordered a car charger for my Dell XPSand received an Apple laptop charger insteadThe seller insisted they had shipped the right charger even after I sent a photo of their shipped package which clearly showed an Apple chargerThere was no professionalism and stubbornness from their sideSelling is a simple way of building relationshipsTo seller should not be selling!

I am rejecting this response because: The order was placed for a 180W charger as was listed in the description of the item, not a 65W chargerI refused to pay a higher amount for the charger than what was listed on their websiteThe company had no idea what kind of laptop I had as I had not given them that information and therefore could not have known that I needed a 180W charger without using the 180W listed in the item descriptionTo be clear, I am rejecting the reasoning given in the responseNo company should be allowed to advertise a product at one price and then tell the customer after the order was placed and paid for that they have to pay an additional amount for the itemI do accept that the order is canceled and expect a full refund asap

This item was not only the incorrect item with a power cord from some foreign country, when I hooked a known working USA power cord to the charger my computer did not recognize itNot only was it the wrong item, it didn't even workSince I use my laptop for school I had to order another charger from a reputable company and also pay for expedited shipping resulting in an extra chargeI am rejecting this response outrightI want a FULL refund to my credit card in the amount of $and for your company to make arrangements to have your non-working charger returned to you at your costI am very unhappy about the lack of service that I have received from your so-called companyYou waited week from the day I ordered the product to ship it to me by the time I finally received the product over weeks time had gone byThis policy of waiting a week to ship the item was NOT clearly stated in your terms and conditionsThe customer service person I talked to pretended to not speak very good English and was rudeWhen I got angry back the rep all of a sudded spoke almost perfect English when he said he was not going to refund my money because I was "acting unprofessionally."
