Do not order from this place I placed an order for a charger that my son needed by a deadline I paid $for day shipping When I got the email receipt the shipping address was correct with correct city and zip code but wrong state I called customer service to be sure the shipping address was correct and was told that it was My PayPal receipt showed my address as the shipping address When I got the tracking information, the first expected delivery date was days from the order date Then I got an updated tracking information with an expected delivery date of days from the order date The package was shipped from Newark CA to Oakland CA then to San Antonio TX when it is supposed to be going to Portland OR I called again and they assured me that the shipping address is my son's Portland address and the package will be delivered tomorrow I am so afraid that it is going to show up at my house in Texas I will post a follwhen and if the package arrives

We would like to bring in to the notice that once the order was placed that time website was not updated with the current price for the sameAs we were about to ship it from our warehouse at that time factory updated us regarding the same that due to increase in the price of raw material of electrical goods we are getting it ready from a different factory and that is the reason it is costing that much amountHence it is purely customer's choice whether to go for it or not. Thanks!

Ordered a charger and it was just a generic chargerThese guys are liars and are stalling about giving my money back

I didn't get what I ordered and paid for, got sent a very cheap charger and they knew damn well they were sending me a very cheap one (conning me basically) take your business elsewhere they are not trust worthyYou have to be very persistent if you want your money back as they will try to *** you off

Company twice sent the wrong chargerReturned both on October 18, Company refuses to issue a refundWhen I call to complain they said that they will refund after I return the chargersI did almost a month agoThen they send me an e-mail stating that they are sending me out another charger

I am rejecting this response because: This company has now decided to blackmail me in order to get the refundThis fiasco has been going on since I notified them of their defective product on September This should have been resolved immediatelyIt is now almost weeks later and they are telling me that I need to withdraw my paypal dispute if I want to get my refundApparently they don't mind using extortion to avoid fair trade practiceBelow is an actual copy of their email to meI intend to file this with the Revdex.com complaint, as well - with whom they already have an F rating (for good reason)Here is their last reply to me on 10/14: We would like to inform you that if you want the refund then you have to withdrawn this dispute from paypal as the money you paid has been put on hold

This is *** *** from Laptop Charger FactoryThis is to bring in to the notice that the product has been shipped out and customer would be receiving the same charger on October the 30th and the same has been e mailed to the customerYes there was delay just
because we needed to be sure before providing the correct charger hence we shared some of the pictures with the customer and after customer's confirmation we went ahead and processed the same according with the standard to days delivery

Hi, We would like to inform in this case that we have already reshipped a new charger on the 27th and it will be delivered shortly. Estimated delivery Wednesday, Feb 3, 2016 This order was placed in February and as it became defective in November hence we took care of the
warranty and reshipped a new chargerClaiming warranty also take a bit time and we followed the procedure for the same

We would like to inform in this case that as customer has already disputed with the paypal hence we are unable to refund hence request customer that we are ready to issue a refund for $21.00(if customer keeps the product we sent) but once dispute is removedAs the money which customer paid to us has been put on hold by the paypal after dispute filed by customerSo no issues once dispute is removed let us know we will surely do the refund of $(if customer keeps the product we sent)

I needed a new charger for my laptop and didn't want to spend a fortuneI searched for one and this company came upI loved the pricing! Before I decided to buy I came here to read the reviewsI saw so much negative feedback and complaints and thought I shouldn'tI thought about it for another minute and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I am glad I didI experienced the best customer service! The shipping took a bit longer than I would have hoped for but that is on DHL, not this companyItem arrived in great condition and works perfectly! I will be a repeat customer!

I searched for a laptop charger and found this site I ordered next day shipping and as an after thought checked them out and the ratings were horrible I was worried that I wouldn't get my charger let along next day I was pleasantly surprised to receive my charger within hours of the orderWhen I was on the website a live chat window popped up and asked me what type of computer I told them and within a minute they gave me the link to the charger that I needed The whole process took less than minutes The other thing that worried me was that I didn't get a confirmation via email like all other places do but I did print out the confirmation page I was extremely pleased with this company and would order from them again as well as refer them to someone else(shipped from Newark CA to the east coast)

I am rejecting this response because:Finally they recognize that I am returning the label because it is defective and does not work rather than because there was some mistake in ordering the product on my endBut what I am asking for is not something they have addressedThey are still telling me to use the old label with INCORRECT information on itAgain, the tracking information is INCORRECT on the label and according to the USPS employee I spoke with, this will increase the likelihood of a lost or undelivered packageThis is the problem and they need to address thisI am asking for a new label with the correct tracking AND signature confirmationI am asking for signature confirmation because I do not trust that these people will say they received it even if they didIt took them this long to recognize that I am returning this device because it is defective rather than because there was a mistake on my end with ordering the productIn the last message, they mention that there is a 20% restocking feeWhy would anyone restock a product that is defective?
