In this case, we would like to inform that we have already provided the return address to customer so that customer can return however it has not been returned to usWe moreover, gave an option to customer to use the cheapest possible shipping option so that we can refund for the return shipping.

I am rejecting this response because: I still have no itemAfter creating this Revdex.com complaint, I received a *** tracking numberI pulled the tracking number online and the system shows this package as "accepted " in Orland Florida zip code***I have no idea where this is as I ordered my item to be delivered in Tuskegee, AL***The shipping/tracking information indicated that the package was expected to be delivered Saturday, May 1stThis location is not open to accept mail deliveries over the weekend as they are only open Mon-Fri until 3PM Central Timethe problem that I am having is that I had to go through all of this to even get shipping information about an item I already paid forYes, my Next Day Air amount was refunded, however, it should have been as my item (although I was told by the company more than once that it had shipped on 4/28/14) had not shipped plus no one told me until after several outbound calls, emails and chats that the darn item was on backorder??? Yet they mailed it out on 4/29/14??? Can you see my confusion here? Everything that I know about the item that I purchased, I had to call repeatedly and drag it out of this companyI have spent long days running behind this item and still have no clue as to where it isWe still have no charger for our laptop that I was advised would be delivered on 4/30/This was the whole reason I placed the order in the first placeI was advised in writing via online chat (which I can provide if necessary) from the company’s website that if I placed/purchased my order/item on 4/28/that it would arrive on 4/29/with the purchase of Next Day Air deliveryIf this item was on back order, this would have been the perfect time to tell me that or how about when I selected the item, the web site should have a message in place to advise the item is on back order or currently out of stockI would have gladly gone elsewhere to place my purchase and undoubtedly had the item by nowI am exhausted chasing an item that probably will never be deliveredI just want my money back in full so that I can purchase an item from another company (likely *** directly) so that we can have the product we need to use our laptop

Hi,My name is *** and I would like to inform in this case that customer ordered for a laptop charger for which customer paid the amount also but when the shipment was being done we got the information that this will cost some more amount so we e mailed customer for the same and if
customer does not want we can cancel the order and refund full amount as the amount which customer paid to us is 100% safeIf talking about the website page which still shows the same information and that is because it is under construction so once it gets fully updated, it will show the correct and the updated informationAs customer has filed a dispute with paypal so if needs the full refund then customer has to get the dispute removed as payment has been put on hold by paypal right now

I am rejecting this response because:I ordered this charger knowing that it was not made by the original manufacturer and am returning it because it does not workPlain and simpleI am rejecting this response because Laptop Charger Factory has not indicated that I will get a full refund for the non-functional charger and the shipping cost that I paid to have the non-functional charger shipped to me (total is $29.98)I also requested that there be signature confirmation, to make sure that they receive the itemThese people cannot even admit that they sent me a charger that does not work and have not even addressed this pointI am sure it will be just as easy for them to say they did not receive the returned package even if they receive itRegarding what USPS told me, I have a lot more faith in their knowledge of their mailing system than the people at Laptop Charger Factory, so I will trust their word over the nonsense coming from Laptop Charger FactoryGive me a full refund of $(for sending me a non-functional charger), provide me with a shipping label with all of the information correct, and signature confirmation and I will accept the response

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I ordered a laptop charger from this company which I received a week or so later only to find out it was the wrong charger and did not fit my laptopAfter instant messaging them on their website they emailed me a UPS return slip which I sent out later that day, with the understanding that they would send me out the correct charger as soon as they received the one that didn't fit
A few days later I get an email from Carl stating that "Due to very heavy demand, we are getting it ready from a different factory which has led to an increase in the price of raw materials of electric goods" and the new price of the charger is $I replied that I wanted the correct charger for the listed price and received another email telling me, this time from Roger, "....running short with the chargers
.....however as goodwill you just need to pay an extra $and rest will be paid by us."
I told Roger again that I want the correct charger at the listed price or I want a full refundWhich he replied that he can refund after a 20% restocking fee!
I am so glad I used PayPal for this purchase because this company has no integrityPlease DO NOT buy from this company, but I guess the F rating probably already told you that

This is to inform in this case that customer placed an order with us on 19th september which was shipped on 21st september however customer who paid for next day shipping was delayed due to the non-confirmation of the correct brand name and the model number which made it
delayed and in the mean time customer on call asked for a full refund which we processed for $38.98(full refund) but when we got to know from the shipping department that it has already been shipped out with a delivery shipping via DHL with a tracking number *** and so we charged again in total for $which includes $for the charger with a shipping fee of $8.99.

Hi,This is *** ***I would like to inform in this case that customer received the same charger what was ordered however as customer mentioned that a wrong charger was received hence according to company policy, we asked him for the free exchange we can provide at no extra cost to him
or if wants refund then it will be processed with 20% restocking fee deduction according to our company policyIn this case when customer is not ready for paying the restocking fee then that is okayNo issues but shipping amount which customer paid to us and we paid to fedex then we will not be able to refund the shipping amount as we also had to shipping amount to the ship carrier
