Avoid at all cost,The site is utter [redacted], at somepoint I figure out there data does not even match the price. I purchased laptop charger and only receieved power cord, and while try to get a refund, they will just talk you off. Please avoid this site, it's a scam

It is taking time but yes usps will deliver it for sure.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want another charger.  All I want is my money back.  I told them this several times.  Both chargers were returned on October 18th.

I am rejecting this response because:
I, [redacted] am rejecting response by [redacted] representing laptop Charger Factory for the follow reasons as stated below.
[redacted] stated that they receive the first battery and not the second one yet. We need tracking details for the second battery. We would refund for the total purchase amount upon receiving the second battery.
The second battery 10-21-2015 cost 58.00 shipping return fee 15.36. The second battery was shipped to DiscountBatt.Com 6969 Corte Sante Fe Sandiego, CA 92121-3260 on 10-23-2015 at 3:09 pm usps and delivered 10-28-2015 at 10:49 am. TRACKING NO. [redacted]. I received an e-mail from [redacted] on 10-24-2015 at 12:39pm after shipping second battery on 10-23-2015 at 3:09 pm usps that the second battery was to be shipped to C. Hall PO Box 329 Trabuco Canyon, CA 92679. For the record before both batteries were return I took pictures of package batteries and tracking no. receipts and forward by e-mail to [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted]  immediately to show proof of me returning items by shipping. [redacted] replied to receiving both of the e-mails. I googled DiscountBatt.Com  on 10-26-2015 and upon pulling up there website, the only communication that can be done is by e-mail. So I e-mail them at [redacted] to explain what had happen since I was inform with a different address for second battery. I receive on 10-27-2015 an e-mail from [redacted]  reply to me, "Thank you we have escalated this issue with the concern department and will get back with you soon. On 10-29-2015 DiscountBatt replied to my e-mail that they received the second battery. Upon receiving e-mail from DiscountBatt, I e-mailed on 10-29-2015 [redacted] to inform him that the battery was delivered on 10-28-2015 at 10:49am and requesting my refund immediately. [redacted] replied to my e-mail on 10-29-2015 at 6:21pm Quoting from e-mail "I apologize for the inconvenience cause to me and he assured me that the matter would be resolve within 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive any response from them until I filed a complaint to Revdex.com on 11-23-2015. [redacted] responded immediately to Revdex.com the same day complaint was filed and totally disregarded my request for my refund. I made [redacted] aware by e-mail that I would give them to 10-29-2015 or I will be filing a complaint to the Revdex.com concerning this matter. This is what I had to do.
This is the problem the battery was sent to DiscountBatt on 10-23-2015 and I e-mailed them a picture of return shipping package and tracking receipt on 10-23-2015. [redacted] responded the next day with a different address of return. [redacted] and [redacted] replied to me and gave me the assurance that they would work it out with DiscountBatt to get battery back to there warehouse being aware of DiscountBatt has the battery. This is why I am rejecting what he is requesting because [redacted] already has the information he needs to resolve the situation of my refund of 139.29. They were  aware of the problem since 10-24-2015 by [redacted].
For the record I cancelled that credit card that the purchase was made to your company. So the refund can be mailed to me at address below.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND BACK FROM THIS COMPANY FOR FOUR LONG MONTHS AFTER BEING SENT THE WRONG CHARGER TWICE AND A DEFECTIVE ONE AT THAT. I HAVE COME OUT OF POCKET SO MANY TIMES WITH THEM AND HAVD RECIEVED NOTHING IN RETURN, NOT EVEN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LET ALONE A REFUND. DO NOT ORDER OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Hi,We would like to inform you that we have just sent the return label to customer's e mail address so that customer can return the charger to us at no cost to customer.Thanks!

I spoke to a customer representative (by chat) when I asked for information on which charger to buy. I provided information about my laptop, and the Rep told me which one I needed. I ordered it. It was the wrong one. I was told I had to pay for shipping ($11.61), but they would reimburse me up to $5.00. I was then told I ordered the wrong one and I would need to provide images of my laptop to get the correct one. I did. I received the same model charger as the first time. I was told I am responsible because it is the exact one which was ordered. I bet it is, but I didn't pick it out. The company picked it out, using the model number on the images I provided. Now I am out another $6.00 in shipping, if they even reimburse me.

We have already refunded customer for this order so this issue has been closed from our side

I guess I don't need to comment as I'm looking at the last comment made on FB, and all the negative comments made here. I will never do business with this company again. They said they mailed my charger on March 5th, and then they said I needed to send them more money after I bought the charger. I have the emails to prove they are liars. Also, check out their Revdex.com rating. That should say a lot about this company. Be aware.

We would like to inform you that we have received the battery for the first one only. Not the 2nd one. As it looks like that the 2nd battery has been sent to the incorrect address.
That is the reason we have not seen that one yet. In this case we can do one thing we can refund $68.98 and give customer 30% discount on the next purchase otherwise can ship the correct battery again if we are provided the correct laptop make and model again.

Was a bad experience from day 1. First, I paid for 2 day shipping for a battery. It arrived in about 2 weeks. I was told I would get a refund for the 2 day shipping but I never received the refund. Then I needed to return it and asked for a return label. I was told by "Peter" that it would be a 20% restocking fee. I agreed to the 20% restocking fee and was told the return label would be given to me soon. Well that was 3 weeks ago! And I have heard nothing. How long do I need to wait for a return label?? Still isn't resolved and all I can say is "Never again!"

The customer is requesting a refund for the entire p[redacted]uct, but we actually refunded the next day express air shipping costs without any questions asked. We don't think we are responsible to refund the charger cost when we have already sent it out. That is not part of our...

company's protocol. We have already apologized for the inconvenience and refunded the shipping costs in full.

Ordered a laptop charger from UK branch and was sent an invoice in dollars and a usb lead and wall adapter via Amazon. Can't charge computer with that! In spite of repeated requests they have not sent me a returns address or a refund. They have just given me the runaround asking for photos of computer, more photos, suggesting I return parts to Amazon suppliers (can't because I am not the customer as far as they are concerned) and generally time wasting. I have opened a dispute with paypal and I think the Amazon suppliers are doing something as well but judging by reviews LCF are old hands at getting away with supplying wrong products and keeping your money!

why we offered a refund of 50% on expedited shipping customer paid for. If there had been any delay from our end we would have made the customer aware of this. Now as customer does not want this product hence we sent the return label and mentioned for refund with 20% restocking fee which is mentioned there on our website(in terms and conditions section).Once we get the product back we will refund 50% on shipping first as what we suggested earlier and will refund with 20% restocking fee deduction.

I ordered a charger from the company on 2/26/16. I received an email confirmation of my order that day saying that the charger would arrive between 3/7 and 3/11. I contacted them today and they said that due to an unspecified computer issue, the order was not placed and that I'd receive the order by 3/19/16. I needed the charger by a certain date and their chat, while friendly, was not terribly helpful.

I ordered for a Lenovo Y480 charger from this company two weeks ago. Order number 812865. They sent me the wrong charger and I requested for a refund. I no longer want the charger. They have been dribbling me for the past 6 days about sending me a free return mailing label. I wish I had seen all the reviews on this site before placing this order because now I can see that this is their business model - scamming people by sending them the wrong items! They claim they will need to take 20% restocking fee for an incorrect charger sent to me which is no fault of mine! I am paying for their incompetence! I accept that I made a huge mistake by transacting with this company, but they should send me the free mailing label already and refund the 80% balance to my card!!!
