We are sorry for an inconvenience caused, however we have checked the tracking [redacted] and see that the 3rd [redacted] charger has already been delivered at the mailbox on Jan 13th, please check the mailbox and collect the package, you can also contact usps or nearest post office for more info, as the package has been delivered by US mail.
Please check the mailbox for the 3rd [redacted] charger or confirm with whomsoever has the access of the mail box as the 3rd charger has already been delivered in your mailbox

Hi,We would like to inform again that we can exchange for the charger at no extra cost if customer wants but as [redacted] says, he only wants refund, so that can be processed however,  with 20% restocking fee deduction. This is something which is clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions on our website "http://laptopchargerfactory.com/terms-and-conditions". Yes both of the chargers customer received happened to the wrong ones eventually but those were the same which customer ordered for.Thanks![redacted]

Hi, We have already provided return details to the customer so that customer can return the chargers to us. Actually in this order what happened we happened to send two chargers by mistake however customer paid to us for just one and we sent exact the same chargers which was ordered but...

then even customer informed about they are wrong. I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for contacting me, however as I have mentioned many times I have not received the 3rd [redacted] charger.... I have received 3 packages from you is this what you are speaking about.  I have received 1 package that only contained 2 ** chargers....  A second package that only contained 1 charger but it was the wrong charger....And a 3rd package that again only contained 1 charger however it again was the wrong charger. It was identical to to the previous wrong charger (the Second Package)Please see that I have explained this at least twice in my many emails to you and that I have also sent you pictures showing what I received.  Attached is what I have also sent to "Google Trusted Stores" regarding my dispute with Laptop charger.

I ordered a MacBook Air charger. Currently still waiting for the charger to come in the mail. I paid for 2 day shipping. It's been over a week and still have not gotten the charger. When I call the company all I get is it will be there the next day. Today I finally recieved a tracking number. It was supposed to be delivered today. Now that I'm asking for a refund for having to wait, being that I need the charger so I can do my school work, they say they can only refund six dollars for the shipping delay. This company is a joke.

We would like to inform you that as we got the confirmation from the customer for cancellation then we went ahead and cancelled the order and issued full refund back to the credit card. Complaint: [redacted] As you will please note in the MANY emails that we have had, I ordered 3 chargers (Same day same order). 2 for my ** computer and 1 for my [redacted] computer. As of this email I have received the 2 ** chargers and they work well.   My complaint has to do that you never sent me the correct [redacted] charger. I have received 2 subsequent chargers from you both were incorrect.    TO restate, as of this email I have received 4 chargers in the mail (2 ** chargers........      1 wrong charger received weeks after the two ** chargers arrived.  and 2nd wrong charger after I informed you of the first wrong charger.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].I did receive a refund for the full price I paid for the laptop charger from the company. I have not, however, received a refund for the shipping that I had to pay out of my pocket for returning the charger to them. I am grateful for the refund I received; but, I still feel like this whole situation could have been avoided had the company recommended the correct charger in the first place. I personally don't have faith in their practices, nor do I believe that they make it easy to return items when the returns are caused by their mistakes. Let's just say this was a lesson learned.

I ordered a laptop charger of the company website which was the correct charger required. I received an email a day later to say that as the laptop charger was 'rare' there would be a further charge of £20.00.

I refused to pay the additional charge and stated in an email that they were advertising falsly.

Although I will add that I received a full refund, as promised, within 3 working days.

On April 13, 2015, I placed an order for an Acer tablet charger. Their website said they had it in stock. A week later, I still never received an e-mail confirmation that my item has shipped, so I e-mailed this company. I get a response back asking that I provide pictures. I did. The next day I was...

Terrible!!! I ordered product X, paid for overnight delivery which I received a week later.... which was the wrong item!!! When I called to get the right item they told me there would be a 20% restocking fee. Terrible business. Avoid at all costs.

Hi,This is to inform in this case that we can ship one more charger as an exchange under warranty for sure but customer has to pay for shipping as this order was placed 06/02/2015 so we have to have shipping to be paid by the customer and we ensure that we can ship the charger asap. This company is a ripoff. They sell defective products and do not honor their guarantee. Their website says they offer 100% money back guarantee and free return shipping. That is a total lie. Do not purchase anything at all from this company.

I will mail the last charger you sent me back using the packing slip you sent on the 20th. From Laptop chargers last response once I do this they will refund me $22.99 for the correct [redacted] charger I never received.
