issues have arisen. I will close the file on this matter with the Revdex.com. However I have serious concerns with how business has been conducted. I will file formal complaint with [redacted], Attorney General for the State of Texas. Among the several concerns: The business refused to state the corporate mailing address of its head office. The business refused to state the CEO of the company. The business provided a storefront address which, according to Google Maps and Sheriff's Office in Fort Bend, was that of a private residence. There were other irregularities in the processing of the order which I feel would be better addressed by the Attorney General.Thank you.               Thank you to the Revdex.com for its assistance. I ordered a very specific charger from this company - all the correct details were provided. When it arrived, it was the wrong one. There was a mix up over how to return the charger - I was told to send it as cheap as possible by post to the address on the box. I did this, but a day later a returns slip arrived - too late! I was told that if the charger could not be found at their end, I may be charged for it. I provided proof of posting by email (which had to be sent three times - they kept saying they couldn't read it!) - but despite several requests I was never reimbursed for the postage - even though it was clearly their fault. I haven't as yet been charged for the returned charger, but I am keeping a close eye on my Paypal account! I would NEVER use this company again!

Review of laptopchargerfactory . I clearly specified the power lead I wanted, giving detailed information as to exactly what it was for. The lead sent was incorrect. I personally believe this was a deliberate error on the part of the company laptopchargerfactory, bearing in mind the so called "restocking fee" which would be incurred when product returned. I promptly returned the item the very next day, to the uk based amazon supplier who sent it, with all details marked clearly. ( laptopcharger factory ordered the item from them and got them to send the item to me.) I informed them of exactly what I had done and they told me this was fine and that I would get a refund as soon as the item was received. Well, all I can say is that this company laptopchargerfactory get 100% in the art of avoidance. Though I patiently waited for my refund, two months later, and still the stalling techniques continued. My initial three emails enquiring as to what was going on were ignored. In the end the company laptopchargerfactory did respond, but it was all very casual and vague. I think, in my opinion, this company is probably about as reliable as the image of the so called business on their website. laptopcharger factory is unlikely to be anything like the building pictured... and the owner of this company has made sure that their identity is well and truly hidden. They have 13 different internet store fronts, and everything looks very red on the scam advisor website... who knows what the situation is in reality? What more can I say? I am disappointed, as I was incredibly patient, but in the end my patience wore out. I couldn't be bothered. The whole experience is one of the worst experiences I have ever had of buying something online, and it certainly will make me more careful in future. I have now contacted my bank, who have a bit more leverage than I do. I think this company probably hope that people will simply just give up. If you read this review, and have had a bad experience yourself, please share it, and help save someone else some grief! My comments to this company would be, you are quick to take money, but customer service is clearly not important to you. If you care about your business, then you need to show it in a way which people will actually experience. I gave you good faith. You gave me grief. Since placing my order with laptopchargerfactory, I also have a deluge of spam.. So I think it rather possible that this might also be related to my placing an order with laptopchargerfactory

in regards to complaint #[redacted] the part arrived today with no cost to me but its not the part I ordered at all its like they just threw something close in a box... I wrote to tell them sending pictures again of the part I'm replacing and now the one they sent me  to show the difference but...

I really just needed this part back on the first week of nov. I'm waiting to hear what solutions they can offer me but as of writing this I have no hope that they are able to deliver

As you will please note in the MANY emails that we have had, I ordered 3 chargers (Same day same order). 2 for my ** computer and 1 for my [redacted] computer. As of this email I have received the 2 ** chargers and they work well.   My complaint has to do that you never sent me the correct [redacted] charger. I have received 2 subsequent chargers from you both were incorrect.    TO restate, as of this email I have received 4 chargers in the mail (2 ** chargers........      1 wrong charger received weeks after the two ** chargers arrived.  and 2nd wrong charger after I informed you of the first wrong charger.

Hi,This is to inform in this case that when this order was placed on 03/14/2016 for PA3546E-1AC3(for 2 units), we checked with factory whether it is available and ready to get delivered for next day delivery, then we were informed that delivery may take some 3 to 5 days time and moreover output...

specifications were not mentioned by customer as the charger for this part number comes in either 150w or 180w or more & that is the reason, we informed customer about the extra price for 180w chargers. As customer was not ready for making extra payment hence we cancelled the order and issued full refund back to customer's card. Thanks![redacted]

Hi,This is [redacted] from the laptop battery factory. Talking about this order, it was placed on 12/29/2014 with two days shipping and yes it was a delay from the shipping carrier company for the tracking information but we e mailed that information as soon as we got the same...

information at our end. Tracking number which belongs to the USPS that shows to be delivered on January the 2nd 2015 hence in this case we will refund the difference of the expedited shipping customer paid once customer receives the same. Hence I think no issues at all. This delay occured due to happy holidays time but yes we will refund the difference of the shipping amount. Thanks!

Hi,As this order was not placed for 180w charger hence we had to ask for the difference of the amount. But now as we have cancelled this order and issued full refund.

I don't understand why they are still trying to defend theirselfs. Everyone who comments has like the same issue and when you guys respond it just makes you guys look bad. You guys shouldn't advertise a price of something then say you need additional funds because it's a rare item or being shipped from somewhere else. Its not the customers fault that you guys are advertising the wrong price. The charger I bought is still advertised at the wrong price so the next person is going to have to go through the same [redacted] with you guys again. This company needs to be shut down. Or they need to get their act together. And I better get my refund of my hard earned money.
