was tested before it was sent to customer. As customer informed that he has returned the 2nd one as well to the same address we provided, but we still have not received it back. Can we have a tracking number so that we can quickly check it out the status and as soon as we get it we will make sure to refund full amt.

4 days after I placed my order, 3 days after they charged my credit card, they sent me an email saying that they had to purchase from a different supplier and it would cost 48% more than the price they sold it to me. They would ship as soon as I authorized the additional charge. Perhaps this was an unavoidable accident, BUT they are still advertising the exact same item at the original price - not the new price they want me to pay. Looks like the old BAIT and SWITCH to me.

We would like to inform in this case that we asked customer to provide us just one picture of the charger which we sent along with the laptop showing charger does not fit in the laptop properly as that will work as proof for us to escalate the same in order to get a pre-paid return label. provide customer the address to return right now but then in that case customer will have to spend the money on returning the product to us which we do not want certainly. So we asked customer to just send one picture at our e mail and then we will reply back with the label asap. This is what we have done according to our terms and conditions. We have never denied to provide return details or label.But according to the terms and conditions we, at times, need picture as a proof that laptop charger does not fit in the laptop. As there is nothing wrong in this and moreover we will send customer an exchange at no extra cost.

This is [redacted] from Laptop charger factory. We would like to inform you that [redacted] placed an order for a charger on 10/05/2014 and on 10/06/2014 we sent an e mail confirming that the charger he ordered for is costing $35.99 but we did not get...

any response from the customer's end since then and that is why we sent an e mail again for the same reason on 11/13/2014. Customer replied mentioning "You had seven days to refund my money or send me the product" which meant that customer responded for cancellation which he did not do. Yesterday, we went ahead and cancelled the order and issued refund for the entire amount customer paid as customer did not seem to be interested for paying the extra amount we asked for. The reason behind the charger costing $35.99 is that the factory updated us due to increase in the price of raw material of electrical goods it is costing that much amount.

I not only received the wrong charger but, after I returned it they have tried to charge me more to get the correct one. The correct one is a simpler more common type than the one I was expecting.

Appalling. Do not buy from these people. Two days after placing an order I received the following :-

Hi!

Thank you for placing an order with Laptop Charger Factory. We would like to inform you that MSI ge72 charger is rare in market and we have to arrange
it from other factory that is why it is costing £74.39 and as you have already paid £19.39, hence you have to pay only remaining amount that is £55 and it will
take 15-18 days to get deliver.
We regret for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
Kindly confirm so that we will ship the order asap.

The product I ordered did not arrive until a week after the estimated delivery date even when I ordered with next day delivery, I asked for my shipping back and they never gave me it back, then when the product arrived I no longer needed it and sent it back to them. cord in the mail, from them, they never stated that I would receive two parts of my 1 purchase, I tried to return it but have yet to receive a shipping label, I have been waiting three weeks now for my money to get refunded but the refuse to because I can't return the product. I shouldn't have to pay to ship their product that they clearly do not want. I have spoken to 4 employees there; [redacted] and [redacted]. All have been saying that I will receive my refund, it has now been three weeks with me calling them every single day and yet I have received nothing. After speaking to [redacted] he sends me an address telling me to send this to them but I refuse to have to pay for something that I did not want anymore because of their horrible shipping. It shouldn't be my problem that their shipping department hasn't sent them a shipping label for me to to send the package back, it's as if they don't want the power cord back but I'd love to have my money back.Hi,This is to inform in this case that yes it was a delayed delivery from the shipping department and that is the reason we refunded shipping difference and we have just kept regular delivery fee. Customer, when received the charger, did not ask us for providing the return label and returned the charger on his own to the [redacted]e address which was there on the package and that is why we are having hard time tracking it as it has still not reached us. When customer received the power cable(as both parts usually shipped or come in two separate packages), asked for return label we provided return address as we were unable to get the return label so we had to provide return address but now customer is not ready for paying to ship the power cord back to us. We are trying our level best for the return label and that is taking time actually. We will give the best resolution to customer and we will refund customer once we receive our both items back. In the mean time, we have already refunded $14.00 back to customer's credit card.Thanks![redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:   I understand a claim can take time to process, but when I wait a week to be told the returned item has been processed a week ago, not by the company but by their warehouse, which I had to call myself, not just wait for 2 emails to be replied to, it becomes an issue. On top of that, once again the complaint wasn't fully addressed. I have yet to have a quality reply from this company. Most places when a product is defective will issue return labels for an item to be exchanged, and as I had the added expenditure of shipping I wish to have the shipping upgraded to expedited. Also their warehouse knows of no shipment as they claim. How can there be an expected delivery date if their reps cannot even produce tracking information. The reply from the business does not address every issue. I am just ready for this experience to be over. And since they will probably only reply to the last line of this response the issue isn't that there would be no warranty, it's that it's taking too long and i'm sick of your customer service reps either ignoring an issue or lying to me.
