I ordered a LCF249377 120 Watt Laptop Charger for $36.99. I recieved the standard 90 Watt model PA-1900 P/N LCF253267 that sells for $22.99. Item was ordered two day air and I paid extra for that, $13.99, over the standard mail rate of $6.99. I received the wrong part 5 days later standard mail....

But we sent a return label to customer to return the 90w charger. We were under processing for refunding the difference of the amount for shipping but customer has opened a dispute with paypal and due to this money has been put on hold by paypal which customer paid to us. Hence, customer has to get the dispute removed then in that case we will refund the shipping amount difference and can send the replacement charger for 120w. Please confirm asap.We can surely do an exchange with the correct one.

I ordered a replacement charger for my Asus laptop. Their service rep told me which one to order based on my model. It arrived and it did not match my old charger or was it even compatible. No one would answer the companies phone and to top it off, their website was down. I opened a case with PayPal to get them to communicate, and all they would do is send a return label for a replacement. The label NEVER arrived after they stated it had been sent multiple times.. I highly recommend PayPal, they got my money back. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

We have told customer to wait for till 48 hours as we are checking for the 2nd payment whether we received or not.

The tracking number you are providing does not work.  Please tell me where this so called package you have sent me is?  When I contacted you the package was not yet shipped you told me.  So I was told you could cancel it.  You guys by accident sent the package out then without letting me charged my card.  Please show proof of where I authorized you to charge my card.

does not want we can cancel the order and refund full amount as the amount which customer paid to us is 100% safe. If talking about the website page which still shows the same information and that is because it is under construction so once it gets fully updated, it will show the correct and the updated information. As customer has filed a dispute with paypal so if needs the full refund then customer has to get the dispute removed as payment has been put on hold by paypal right now.

I am rejecting this response because:I, [redacted] have receive reply to my request of  refund of 139.29 on 11-24-2015. I do not fully accept your offer, I will accept the offer for the refund of 68.98 for the first battery charge and return shipping cost sent to DiscountBatt immediately to my [redacted], SC 29453  in which is the correct return shipping address. I do not accept the 30 percent discount on next purchase for the second battery. As stated [redacted] was e-mailed pictures of laptop, make and model number from the beginning of the transaction. I just want my refund and am willing to resolve this matter immediately since second battery was not sent to the correct address as informed. You are still saying you can ship the correct battery again if provided the correct laptop make and model again. I went with another company to get the correct battery for the laptop as previously stated. In regards to the second battery I will contact DiscountBatt by e-mail once again to have them return the battery to me and I will pay for the return shipping cost. Upon receiving the battery I sent to them I will forward it to C. Hall PO Box 329 Trabuco Canyou, Ca 92121-3260. delivered and they now gave an expected delivery date of monday 24th and we also checked with them and found that it will surely get delivered on monday the 24th.Customer paid $13.99 for two days shipping and we have already refunded the difference amount of $6.00 and now we are refunding $3.00 more as we will only keep only standard delivery charge not two days delivery charge.
