I am rejecting this response because:  On Fri Oct 3, 2014 - 1 full week after repeated attempts to communicate, I was assured the label would be “Generated”.  On Monday Oct 6 I received an email from Rod, asking me, do you want to return for exchange the battery or charger?” Having repeatedly attempted, in good faith – by writing, phone calls,and chat sessions on their website… I must say the continued confusion was unacceptable.  But I repeat, there WAS NO
RETURN MAIL SENT TO ME.  
On Oct 7 James spoke of the address in College Park the battery should be mailed to… and asked me to
update them of the tracking number. But (AGAIN) I was without a physical USPS ID… and the Post Office would not accept my package.   
Oct 10, I still had NOT received a return mailer. But was assured it was still “Being generated”, and I was asked, “to provide the pics of the model
number so we can reship the battery. Dare I repeat the length of confusion in this company is amazing.  It was only AFTER informing them I had filed a complaint with you (Revdex.com) that I was mailed a photo/PDF of a USPS mail receipt. Challenge lies in many Post Offices insisted they could not accept a photo, but needed the actual mail label - which I never have received.  Today, after much argument, I finally found a Post Office who accepted the photo in place of an actual mail label.
But in sincerity, the idea I should bear an imaginary stocking "fee".. after surfing through 30 days of almost constant confusion, misinformation, and poor customer service is pathetic. My "fee" in lost work time and gas - trying to find a post office who might accept a picture... wondering if I should report this company to the police for consumer fraud is, I dare say greater than their restocking fee. A "FEE" WHICH ONLY WAS ANNOUNCED WHEN I INSISTED I WANTED A CREDIT, NOT TO EXCHANGE. Without question, without hesitancy... worst shopping experience I have ever had.

We are very sorry about this mess. THis should not have happened. Nonetheless, I have went ahead and refunded your order in full ($39.98). You should see this refund settle in 3-5 business days as your bank processes this.

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].I did receive a refund for the full price I paid for the laptop charger from the company. I have not, however, received a refund for the shipping that I had to pay out of my pocket for returning the charger to them. I am grateful for the refund I received; but, I still feel like this whole situation could have been avoided had the company recommended the correct charger in the first place. I personally don't have faith in their practices, nor do I believe that they make it easy to return items when the returns are caused by their mistakes. Let's just say this was a lesson learned.

Hi,
This is to inform in this case that we can ship one more charger as an exchange under warranty for sure but customer has to pay for shipping as this order was placed 06/02/2015 so we have to have shipping to be paid by the customer and we ensure that we can ship the charger asap. And a return is not needed for the previous charger.

This company has now decided to blackmail me in order to get the refund. This fiasco has been going on since I notified them of their defective product on September 28. This should have been resolved immediately. It is now almost 3 weeks later and they are telling me that I need to withdraw my paypal dispute if I want to get my refund. Apparently they don't mind using extortion to avoid fair trade practice. Below is an actual copy of their email to me. I intend to file this with the Revdex.com complaint, as well - with whom they already have an F rating (for good reason). Here is their last reply to me on 10/14: We would like to inform you that if you want the refund then you have to withdrawn this dispute from paypal as the money you paid has been put on hold.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
There is no other choice as this company can make whatever excuses they want but the fact of the matter is that they have pulled a bait-and-switch whether they want to admit it or not. It is their responsibility to make sure their online inventory is accurate. I am not the only person who has filed a complaint with this company regarding the same issues.

I am rejecting this response because:   I understand a claim can take time to process, but when I wait a week to be told the returned item has been processed a week ago, not by the company but by their warehouse, which I had to call myself, not just wait for 2 emails to be replied to, it becomes an issue. On top of that, once again the complaint wasn't fully addressed. I have yet to have a quality reply from this company. Most places when a product is defective will issue return labels for an item to be exchanged, and as I had the added expenditure of shipping I wish to have the shipping upgraded to expedited. Also their warehouse knows of no shipment as they claim. How can there be an expected delivery date if their reps cannot even produce tracking information. The reply from the business does not address every issue. I am just ready for this experience to be over. And since they will probably only reply to the last line of this response the issue isn't that there would be no warranty, it's that it's taking too long and i'm sick of your customer service reps either ignoring an issue or lying to me.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
I clearly specified what computer the charger was for.  They sent me the wrong charger.  I shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee for their mistake.  Now I did get an email saying I would get a full refund.  I'm skeptical until I actually get the refund.  I'm being promised an email with a return label.  That still hasn't happened yet.

clearly mentioned that "All cancellations and returns result in a 20% restocking fee within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. We can exchange out for the correct charger for no fee if you receive the wrong charger from us". And I personally strongly apologize to customer if there was something like rude behaviour by any of our representative as I have no idea about it at all.

This is [redacted] from laptop charger factory. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused  to the customer and would like to bring in to the kind notice that return label for the battery was already sent to the customer's e  mail address on October the 7th...

2014 and again on October 17th 2014. As we will receive the battery we will process a refund for the same with a 20% restocking fee according to the company norms however we can exchange it out at no cost if customer wants which we have already asked  for. And we have already refunded for the expedited shipping in amount of $12.20 and we have kept only normal/regular shipping charge which is $8.99 only as the customer paid shipping charge of $21.19 after a $3.00 discount we gave.

No matter what you type in the search bar, they have the charger for it. You could type in "Dog" and they would have the charger for it. You could type in "Cat" and they have the charger for that too. You could type in a $150 legit charger and they have it listed for the same price as the dog and cat charger, $22.99. Certainly a dog and cat do not need a charger. Also, they do not provide any specs on the one charger they have listed.
