I tried the free trial a couple of years ago. This company will try to continue to access your account even when you have cancelled. I cancelled after the free trial and for years after they are still trying to get me to pay for something I never received. I had to alert my bank to this fraud and have this company flagged for fraudulent attempts to access my account.

Continuous calls asking for money.
I ordered product in July of 2019, I then decided to cancel, but was unable to find a correct phone #. I then called my credit card company and reported it as fraud and cancelled payment on merchandise.
And I'm getting calls daily from this company for the money, I told them I don't want it, I'll send it back (it's still in original package), but they just want the money.
All I want is for to stop calling me!

I received several emails from CapitalOne regarding "you have been selected to get an exclusive reward" which wasn't CapitalOne at all. I select the
I selected the skin care products. The same email continued, so I supposed I had not enter something incorrectly the first time. As a result, I made 4 entries unknowingly requesting products from LaPura totaling $463.74. I have made several unsuccessful contacts to receive refunds since I returned the unused/unopened products through UPS on 05/04/20 for which I have a receipt. To date, I have only received two refunds with two unpaid refunds remaining, all totaling $149.62 which is considerably less than the original $463.74 I paid originally. The returned products were unopened but the refunds were minimal compared to the original invoices. I now don't have a good email address to correspond to la 'pura concerning this matter as email is the only form of communicating with this company. My mom ordered as a "free trial", which turned into an ignored autoship.
I have little information on these products. My mom ordered these through an autoship. She's 88 years old and has bought many pills/ creams from different companies. I found these products piling up unopened in her bathroom. She said she ordered them through a "try for free" add in which she thought was free and she could order more if she liked them (which she did not). She was not aware of fine print of the "try for free" and didn't know why she was getting them. As I've seen, this company is fraudulent and no where does it say it will result in autoship. I have the original email From February 7, 2020 with order number ***
No further communication with email can be found. Each box has a tracking number on the box but no other information or bill inside.
I would like her to return products and be reimbursed.
I understand that this company as been reported to the Revdex.com many, many times and is reported to be fraudulent.

I do not know how much each product costs. I am going to attach several other items.

I found the credit card my mom used for the purchases. Billed under different names with different phone numbers. (Please see attachment). Made contact with one number who said the were "La Pura" and said they would send my case to management. The phone number is 855-209-2788.

this company states that a chargeback was applied to the charge and they are unable to issue an additional credit as the charge has already been reversed back by the bank. The Bank (B of A) denies that a credit to my account was received and my statement reflects the same. A quick look at the report from the Revdex.com will show you that this company does this repeatedly to many people. They have an F rating. Please look at the Revdex.com site for yourself. I order online sometimes and apparently they snagged my information. I will gladly return the unopened merchandise if someone would pick up the phone and send me three return labels... Easy fix but that is not what these people do for a living...read the Revdex.com reports. Regards, *** XXX-XXX-XXXX

B of A is currently re-reviewing the case and if they don't see thru this scam I will also report them for participating in this scam..

The company La'Pura has indicated they gave B of A a charge back for the orders they charged me for. The Visa folks say that they have not received any funds from this company.
My goal today is to get some shipping labels so that I can return the three boxes I was sent.
I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone and the Email comes back as undeliverable

I ordered the free trial of La Pura anti-aging cream Oct 19,2019. When I went to check out of their website, they had added eye serum and instant tightening serum that I didn't want. There was no way to got back on the site, and nowhere was there a place on their site that suggested that they would send more product. I decided to bite the bullet, and not complain.
Now they have sent me another set of cream and 2 serums that I don't want. They do not answer their phone, and emails to their website bounce back as undeliverable.
I'm being scammed, and refuse to pay for this shipment.

What can I do?

I have been contacted by Pinnacle law Group of California to pay a debt to these scammers.They do not answer their phones either. Reference # XXXXXXXX. No one is answering phones, cannot resolve the issue. Want the product to stop being delivered, and i refuse to pay for the product that just came in the m ail to Canada.

The company did refund me 3 payments, but not for shipping.. This week ANOTHER package of creams came. Please get them to stop, ad I feel that they will charge me for them as soon as the time limit for the Revdex.com checking on them is finished. 12/20 ordered product. Charged more items not ordered. Promised $40, not received.
Ordered 12/20 order number: *** They sent me confirmation of the order which was more than requested as they added another two items.
WIthin less than trial time, charge was put through as I was returning the entire product due to itching and burning. After numerous unanswered calls, spoke to someone who agreed to refund $40 if I keep the product to try a little longer. Agreement has been since January, nothing. Called back end of January, February as they said it was processing.
As of this date 5 26 2020 they have failed to send the $40 promised.

refund and to review their policies on trial, future refunds. To conduct business honestly, not deceitfully.

My problem has been resolved.

I returned product as told and have yet to receive my refund as promised. Nothing has been resolved with this company. Just giving me the run around.
I ordered this product several months ago and when I call they tell me that my refund is being processed. No refund has been sent. I can't get a solid answer as to when I can expect my refund. During this time frame of month's they have had ample time to refund my money. I sent the product back as instructed. I am this this company is a scam and only want you to send them your money. They do not keep their promises. I am fed up with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyonw.

I have yet to receive payment. I have checked all emails in my spam as well. I have no e checks at all. I have been dealing with this since I ordered this on November 2019. I would like the money put in my account just as it was taken out. This is crazy that since I contacted Revdex.com they supposedly send me an e check. All I am asking is my money back. Mail me a check instead your so called e check.

Won't cancel recurring order, which I did not realize was on going. I now have 4 bottles of this that I don't want and can't get them to stop.
They do not have a convenient way to cancel products, they keep telling me that they can't find my order, then send another one, and charge me, again. STOP them!

I want them to cancel my subscription, and refund my money for 3 bottles.

They have closed my account and given a partial refund. I am satisfied

The company said I would get $100 in free products if I paid for shipping. The products they sent are $8.99 and $9.99 and they have charged me $363.51
On Amazon a survey popped up that said I could receive $100 in free products and just pay shipping. They sent me out products that cost only $8.99 and $9.99 on Amazon, and they charged my account on 2/10/20, 2/11/20, 3/11/20, 3/12/20, 3/13/20 $3.97, $4.97, $84.37, $88.34, $88.46, and $93.43. I worry they will continue to charge me. I NEVER gave them permission to charge me more than shipping. When I called their "customer service" phone number at 888-973-0765, I waited for 20 minutes and then a "customer service agent" answered and asked immediately for my phone number. I declined and told him I wasn't comfortable giving out more of my information because their company had stolen enough of my information. He then began to pretend that he couldn't hear me, although I could hear him perfectly clearly. The charges were from "BeautifullyRemarkable" or "Beauty Care Remarkables" and the product was from La Pura. The claim ID was XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on all of the transactions.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund, and for their company to be blocked from taking any more money out of my account. I hope that Amazon will block this company from selling to their customers as well. I hope law enforcement will track them down and that justice will be served for all of the victims.

This company has repeatedly charged my credit card for $34.99 for an unwanted skin care product.
In December a survey was emailed to me, claiming to be from Costco, where I am a member. I responded to the survey and was prompted to select a 'free gift.' I selected La'Pura skin care cream and was prompted for a credit card to pay for shipping, which was about $25.
Each month after this, however, my card was again charged the same amount with more cream shipped to me.
When inquiring with Costco, the company stated that it did NOT send this survey out. At this time I was extremely busy, working and caring for an elderly, ill mother. Now, in times of coronavirus, I have time to write e-mails and have just this morning received confirmation that this company has processed my requested 'cancellation.' And with money being especially limited now, I find myself legally bound to pay my credit card company for these unwanted charges.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund for the charges made in the four months following the original charge. They total $99.76.

Purchased 1 time and got signed up for subscription. When blocked by bank, resubmitted under different company names.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel these products from being delivered. I would appreciate someone helping me to accomplish this.
They keep sending me products and they are skin care products, which I have no use for or interest in what so ever. I am 80+ years old, don't want or need them. They keep sending me boxes of things and charging me for them. At my wits end on how to get rid of them.

They are sending products that were not ordered and charging my credit card large amounts I also did not agree to autoship and they are doing that too
On 3-20-20 I responded to an ad that offered free trial face cream from La Pura. I was to pay 4.95 shipping. They charged my credit card $54.89. They sent 2 products. I attempted unsuccessfully to reach them. On 4-21-20 they auto shipped more product. The charge was 59.85 I did not agree to recurring shipments. I again attempted to reach them and today after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I spoke to someone. They refused to return my money and told me that because I used Mastercard it automatically signed me up for recurring payments. If I had used Visa it would not have! Who ever heard of such a thing? They have charged my card a total of 114.74 for in my opinion an inferior product. She eventually agreed to send me 50% of the last charges minus shipping which amounted to about 25.00. I said I would contact the Revdex.com and my credit card company.

I would like my money back which I believe my credit card company will be able to do for me. I would not want to see other people scammed in this way. Hopefully the company will be shut down.
