I got a free order from them via Amazon all I had to pay was the delivery fee. That went well but then I was told it was a repetitive order. I then cancelled it but had to pay approximately $50.00 to cancel. This amount they directly took from my credit card.

want my $50.00 back and Amazon should NO LONGER do business with a company like this. They stand for everything Amazon is not. Let me know if you require any additional information. Regards

Scan do not order from them they charge you account without you agreeing. Won't stop charging until I send back the free trial. Thank God my bank picked it up and stopped the charge. They are probably on a watch list

did not order this item and keep getting it in mail and getting charged for it.
I never ordered this item. I have called several times to the 855-207-3111 and I am put on hold and no one comes to the line. I wait for 20 minutes to 30 minutes. Found a different number online 877-701-1128 and same story I'm put on hold forever and no one comes to phone.

I emailed 2 times [email protected] and said I do not want product and to stop ending me. I stated I would send back if they give me a return label. But no response. I guess I need to cancel my credit card which is the only way to have them stop charging me. This is so annoying!!

Unauthorized continual charges
Supposed to be a free trial where I pay just S&H for one product, was sent 3 products with no info on receipt except what the products are. Now have been charged at least one 89.99 charge with no information from the company(except a generic name-Skin care Healthy Beauty). I would not and did not agree to allow any kind of auto withdrawal from my account except the S&H. And it's really amazing to me that any "business" can keep getting away with this!

It was advertised as a 4.95 trial order, however was charged 88.46 then and additional 93.43 for subscription that I never applied for.
Was charged 88.46 for what was advertised as a 4.95 trial order. Next was charged 93.43 for a subscription I never signed up for. Called but got no satisfactory response. I had thrown out the "trial" item as it was not satisfactory, sent the second item back. Still have these items on my charge . Paid by visa charge card.
Order *** SKU LP-FC001. Dates of charge are10/21 and 11/6.

Wish my charges to be erased, as they are fraudulently advertised.

Response is what I asked for

I encountered an ad on instagram to acquire 1 sample that I pay shipping via my cell phone. Then they sent me 3 products for a total of like $75.
I thought I was getting 1 sample from this company and quickly found out that they billed me for 3 products totally $75 and I was also charged separate shipping of $4.95 each. I contacted them to just cancel my whole order and they said that it was already charged and I had to wait until I received my products and pay for them to be shipped back.
I talked to 2 different people and the first said that I would be refunded everything back but $9 which I would have been fine with, but then when I called again and said that I never wanted anything more than 1 sample how can I be getting a refund for product I never ordered. They were VERY rude to me and eventually I just decided to keep this *** just to be over with this issue because I didn't think that they would really give me my refund either way since they were talking over me and not listening to me in the first place. I tried the products and they clogged my pores. So it was really just expensive garbage that I never ordered. I felt robbed. Horrible customer service. I was shocked by their behavior.

Desired Outcome

I would love a refund, but I don't think that will happen. They are shifty. At the very least I would like them to hear about my complaint and stop their practices of fraudulently selling products to people that didn't order them. I literally felt robbed.

Horrible company...scammers need to be stopped ...adds are misleading and false...

False advertising - false product. Lying customer service employees. This product is misrepresented and when asked the customer service employees don't specifically say it's "Meghan Markles" new skin care line, they just say it is a very popular and fantastic skin care product. When questioned, they continue their line of "great product" not EXACTLY saying its is not the product of the Princess of Sussex. (Meghan Markle) Then one product "sold" as skin care shows up as weight loss product on your bank statement. I have received the "weight loss" product credit but believe the "free product for cost of shipping" should be credited back to me for the entire article being fraudulent. Granted I am taking about approx $9.00. ($4.97 and $3.97, respectively). At this point it's not so much the scam of my $9.00 but the scam
On probably 1000's of women! It's a terrible hoax. And should be sued for misrepresentation and ill begotten income, whether they say it's for "shipping costs" or not! I did not think I was buying this product - and was scammed into the entire thing! Shame on these people!

Their response to refund me is enough to be satisfied. I thank you for your efficient work and professionalism....

With trial offer I was charged $74.84. When I returned the unopened items I was only refunded $40 and was told there is a $10/item restocking charge.
Was never told about the additional $70 I would be charged for their free trial offer. I understand not getting a refund for shipping but I never authorized the charge of the additional $70.

Applied for free sample got 2 items added that I never ordered and never gave me a total of the sale.

It was to be 3 products for the price of $4.95. I was billed 28.89. Then 2 (two) weeks later, $88.48 and $84.37. I didn't order anything. Fraud !
On November 7, 2019 - La Pura Skin care products, Merchant billing name - SKINPRODUCTSFOREVERBTY / SKINPRODUCTSFOREVRBTFL - Took $88.46 out of my checking account- (Debit card was used). Then on November 9, 2019 - took out $84.37. I didn't order anything. FRAUDULANT ACT
The first time I did order from the company, on October 24, 2019, it was for 1 product for $4.95, as advertised, with two products free. The copy I received said 3 products, however one of them was for 19.95, S/H $8.94, I was billed 28.89. I want to know , what happened to the $4.95. I am in the process in trying to get my money back from this order. I was never given a confirmation of the above billing amount. and when it was too late to cancel the order I wasn't able to cancel the order. I was only told that a email will be sent with the USPS tracking #. Please let me know if you want any documents. I can only give you what I have. I will be contacting my credit union trying to get my money back, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. I would attach receipts but I don't have a way to do that at this time.

I want my money returned to me. I want this business reported as a fraudulent company. And if they are still able to conduct business to be brought to justice for all the wrong they have committed on the consumer.

Ordered sample face cream for $4.97 & this was chgd on my credit card. On 11/4 they chgd $88.46; on11/5 $84.37 for products I didn't authorize.
My debit card Was chgd $88.46 on 11/4 & $84.37 on 11/5 for products I did not order! My attempts to contact them were ignored.They did not answer 3 attempts to contact them. I did not read anything about automatic shipments in their Terms & Conditions.

I do accept this company's response. This company charged my account two amts for products that I did not authorize. And I have never received those products. I accept the refunds as their admission of wrong doing.

This company advertised itself as an Amazon survey, with a free gift pending completion. Alerted by my credit card company of fraudulent activity.
This so called company is a criminal scheme. The Email they send comes through as an Amazon survey complete with proper logos and headings. It promises a FREE gift upon completion, with a minor S & H charge. Was alerted weeks later by my credit card company of suspicious activity on my card. I had to contact them and weed out the transactions made. They put me in contact with this company where I was disconnected mid way through a conversation with them( nothing resolved). I then re contacted my Card company and my account was closed out, and a new card and account number was issued. It can't be O.K. for this company to disguise itself as an Amazon survey, the predatory nature alone has to be criminal, also has to be some type of copywrite infringement law they're breaking. They also have a crafty way of attempting to cover there tracks by waiting a certain length of time before using the card number and or numbers they acquire.

The resolution is simple , I'd like no further contact from this so called business. There should be some kind of alert set up to warn anyone who is doing business with them to cease and look else where for their products.

Fraudulent practices. charged meet $88.00
I shopped on Amazon on 10/19. Got a message that if I take a survey I get a reward. I did. I got to choose. I was told I would be charged shipping and handling. I thought sure.
I agreed to pay shipping and handling.

11/3 I get a bank alert about the charge for $88.37. Bank said it was declined so no worries. 11/4 they sent it back to the bank for $88.46. I filed a complaint, but it is still went through.

I was purposely mislead. I only received an invoice by email for shipping and handling. No paperwork came in the box.

I complained to the company that I didn't agree to buy any product, but it said reward.
Now they're saying it was a trial offer.
I don't have $88.00 to give them. That was trickery. I am very upset for this type of fraud.

I am 71 years old and was shopping on Amazon when the survey about Amazon came up with the reward offer. I fell victim. Please help
