Same issue as others. Read small print on my Free gift from CVS and Said nothing of being a trial. find they send more than asked for and then a subscription for expensive products. I will return what comes and file a fraud charge with Discover. Scam as should have known.

Charged a different amount than what was advertised.
On line offer for free cream. Only needed to pay shipping cost. While inputting my information I noticed the amount due was increased. I continued to take out my personal information and the credit card number but the charge went through. I called the company asking for refund and they offered 1/2 price instead. I refused the product delivery called La Pura spoke with Alesha with the tracking number but I have yet to receive the refund to my credit card. NO item or refund. They additionally enroll you in auto shipments without consent.

Desired Outcome

They are charging over what is advertised and enrolling you into an auto shipping program. I would like to be reimbursed.

I called and cancelled trail La Pura product .

This company still billed me 11/3 & 12/4 .

I sent product back and still no credit .

La Pura face creme that I sent back and canceled I still got billed for this company is a scam .

Desired Outcome

I want my $24.95 from 11/3 And $24.95 from 12/4 REFUNDED!! I have medicine to buy . This company is a rip off . Unauthorized billing .

BEWARE*** I only gave them 1 star cause I had to in order to leave a review....
This company aRe thieves they have tried to charge my bank account multiple times I had to actually cancel my card order a new card n have to wait 10 business days to get my money back that they took soon as I transferred some money but I have to wait to get my money back.... they are committing fraud.... BEWARE

They Keep sending me products and charging without authorization. They don't answer phones and the website keeps rerouting me to how to order more product. It is not an effective cream and made my skin oily and itchy. Need to stop the orders.

This company is a scam, free trail anti-aging cream and eye serum for shipping only. Then your credit card is charged hundreds for products. Customer service hangs up on ;you when you refused to accept no credit but continues to refuse to credit. Sent all products back and filed claim through bank.

Was only doing a trial for $9.95 and was charged over $80 and a second shipment came without my consent. I have been charged over $160. What a joke. They need to be closed down.

This company is a complete scam. They gave me the impression that I was given this product only to pay the shipping and handling. I was sent 2 products and was later charged with not only the shipping and handling but over $83.00 dollars for each 1 oz for one and 1/2 oz for the other.
I think they count on the fact that many people do not check their charges before paying on their cc. I refused to pay these charges and my bank agreed.
la'pura credited one of the charges and my bank gave the other credit.

If I could give a negative number I would. Be careful this is a scam. I was told it was a free gift only pay shipping. They then billed me for the "free gift" and signed me to receive a subscription. And charged me 172.83. I called and they told me to send the product back with a tracking number. They would let me know when I could call back. No refund to my account until they received their product back. Never opened or used the product. Seems this is a common practice given the Revdex.com complaints. They need to be shut down.

unauthorized billing, communication issues, and failure to refund even though products were sent back
I am writing on behalf of my mother who is a disabled senior citizen. She signed up for a free trial of a product, and then was billed repeatedly for products she did not order. The products were coming twice a month (and at a frequent rate that would not make sense for someone who was actually using them). She refused delivery of the products, not knowing what to do. When I discovered the issue, I cancelled the subscription she had been put on, and was told she could have a credit for the most recent products. So I paid to deliver them to the warehouse, and received confirmation that they were delivered. She did not receive a credit, and in the meantime, was billed for another delivery. She ultimately had to get a new debit card to prevent further unauthorized charges. I have exchanged multiple emails with La Pura, and spoke to someone who promised to have a supervisor call me back. I have also had promises of a call back through email, but have not been contacted by anyone. There still has been no refund for the products I sent back. And I believe the refund should be of all charges.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of all of the charges

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I believe I have the correct business. Is the website lapuraskincare.com?

I have had a couple of responses from La Pura about not being able to find the information because they are always looking for my name even though I have specified that the account is my mother's. They always find it and then continue with the unacceptable response that they will refund when they receive the products (which were delivered in December). Most recently they responded both that they had tried to refund the amount, and that they would refund when the products were received.

The account is for *** and the phone number on the account is (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

I was charged more than what I was supposed to be charged.
SKINFACECREAM855276405 This is what is on my credit card bill. I was charged 24.95 on my bill. I received an online promotion and was only supposed to pay 4.95. However, they charged the 24.95 on 12/19/19. I'm also afraid they will charge me more this month. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the overpayment amount back and also, I do not want any further charges on my credit card from this business. It was only supposed to be a fee of $4.95 from a promotion.

Scammers !!!! Don't believe! They offer you a trial size cream, just pay for the shipping. You end up paying monthly for smng you did not sign up.

Do not order from this Company. Unfortunately, the accounts reported from others is what I just experienced. I just spoke to my Credit card company and had my card cancelled. The gal who had her Credit company on line was lucky. Mine said because they were crediting my account during
my conversation with them and gave me a phony confirmation number, I would have to wait to see
if it comes through. Well, I guess we know the outcome. I have been scammed for $354.60. for
two shipments. Ouch! I To top it off, you can purchase the cream for $33.95 for 1 fl.oz, same size sent in supposedly a free trail sample.
If only I had done a little more research. I hope this helps any future buyers!

I was told it was a $4.95 trial from a winning Amazon survey. However, I was charged $24.94, $19.95 and $29.95.
Supposed to have been a trial winning gift from Amazon for $4.95. However, this company never charged me that amount. Two days later on my debit account there were 3 charges on the same day for $19.95, $24.94, and another $29.95. I never gave permission for these charges, never got any products from the company either.

Desired Outcome

I would request all my money back due to false advertisement, and for basically stealing my money.

According to our records, Ms. did initiate a dispute with her credit card company. As a result, the chargeback was applied to the charge and we are unable to issue an additional credit as the charge has already been reversed back by the bank. Ms. account remains closed.

The product seems compatible with my skin. However, what I was led to believe was a free sample and no obligation; pay postage only, turned out to be a subscription and a $93 charge the following month. My bank alerted me to the unauthorized charge. Fearing fraud and a security breach, I have replaced my debit card, which further impacts other accounts. Five days later, I received a product in the mail. Fearing a mistake, I called to resolve and learned that because I did not respond or return products after a 2-week trial period, they subscribed me--that was the unauthorized charge. Customer service expediently cancelled the subscription without volunteering much in the way of details on return shipping besides address. Reviewing initial confirmation email, there was no mention of a trial period, product return, subscription, or added charges. Additionally, email was of white lettering on a pale blue background deterring one's ability to read it. This company needs mentoring on the ways of business conduct.

I had money taken from my account. I called them directly and they were trying to send more product that I refused.
Dec 23, I took a free offer. I tried to see if this was a one time thing. I could not see anything that said they were going to take more money from me. Today I had $88.48 taken from my account without my permission. I called and reported it and the woman tried to send me more products. I told her I did not want it. I demanded a refund. She claims she could only give me back 50 percent back. This company is just a crook.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund that was taken from my account.

This company messaged me on my cell phone . It seemed they were giving a $100 towards a purchase , it also appeared they were from amazon not this la pura company ! I tapped to buy a face cream for $4.97 then another anti aging cream popped up for $3.97 it said this would be a good suggestion , next another anti aging cream suggestion popped up for $19.97, I did not click on these to buy it automatically took funds from my bank account ! Thank god when they tried to take out the $19.97 I had insufficient funds ! I truly believe they scammed me , I do not know how they got my cell number or my bank card information ! And like I said it appeared to be amazon ? There are 2 company names and 2 phone numbers which no one answers ! I could not remove these items or delete them it automatically came out of my account ! I've called both numbers and emailed this [email protected] The 2 phone numbers are 1-855-207-3111ams 1-855-209-2773 ! This second number was on my bank account next to the amount they took out !!!
Product_Or_Service: La pura instant lifting eye serum/wrinkle freezing
Order_Number: ***
Account_Number: Product 855-2. 09/27

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like the charges put back in my account ! But I really want to know how they got my name , cell phone number , and banking information ? I may have been foolish for even looking at this text , but I have never had problems with amazon !! I'm not one to purchase things from people I don't know ! I learned my lesson with this scam company Scentbird ! I do t like that they new all my information and phone number !!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. It is a scam and they fraudulently used my CC number to charge from another company as well now. It 's a headache and I'm out hundreds of dollars. It is a total scam and it's unbelievable that they are still getting away with this!!!

They are a fraudulant company! I took a costco review or so I thought and authorized for a $4.99 shipment and they tried twice to charge my card with various charges. The first was for $19.95 and then after disputing with my bank they tried again 2/weeks later for $88.00. Thank goodness my bank wells fargo is on top of it!

This company is taking your money without authorization. I receive a trial kit and the charge me $88 and now they say that was the full bottle. The charge me that amount and I did not authorized it, I called to cancel and they cancelled but they did not refund my money so they keep the product and the money, when I called to file a complaint they said that was the price of the trial. Do not buy from this company.
