We do show that Ms. has contacted our customer support department and agreed to a partial refund of $61.92. We have processed an additional refund of $26.54 for a full refund of $88.46. I was misled and charged 88.46 for a product advertised as free with only a shipping cost of 4.99
I submitted an online review of a product/service . After the review a pop up came online stating I could chose a product for free as a reward for the online review. As I chose the product, I noticed there was actually a shipping charge for 4.99 - Which I did pay by visa debit card. I then realized that there was no end to attempting to accept the reward, as more products from La-Pure skin care kept popping up as an incentive to buy more product. At that point I closed the tab and left the site as I realized this was likely a scam to get people to buy more product.
About 10 days later I received the product in the mail - I was suprised to see the product had been delivered as I never finished the order. Then I checked my checking account and noticed the 4.99 shipping charge. We were in the middle of work and welcoming family home for Christmas - so I put the product and the matter aside for the time being. THen on the 27th of December, I noticed a charge on my checking acct. for 88.46 and another charge for 84.37 - so a total of two charges in one day. I called and emailed the company. I had no resolution over the phone with La-Pura. But the person on the phone did inform me that my "subscription" of auto delivery and auto payment (monthly deliveries) would be canceled and he did send two emails stating that the subscriptions were canceled. However he did not agree to a refund and he stated that by returning the products I would be charged a 10 dollar restocking fee x 2 for the two products which were delivered. THe 2nd charge of 88. 37 would not be refunded even though I have not received a 2nd shipment of product - the company just charged me automatically in anticipation of sending more product.

Then I received an email on the 27th of Dec. stating that the initial charge of 88.46 would be refunded and there was a credit pending on my acct. However the following day on the 28th of Dec. the pending credit disappeared and there was another email stating that a refund of 32.52 would be made to my acct. On 12/30/2019 a refund of 32.52 appeared on my acct.
This is not the full amt. that I expect to be refunded.
I expect the 88.46 and the 88.37 to be refunded.

I would love to returned the product which is sealed and never opened - however I am fearful of more charges if the restocking fee is to be 20 dollars for a product I did not order and do not wish to have.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of the 88.46 and the 88.37. I have received a partial refund of 32.52 only.

I made a purchase with the company and they have stolen $160+ from me since and will not give me my money back, even though I have not purchased since
On 12/15/20 at 7:22 pm I received an email from what looked like Walgreens giving me a free sample of skin care. Thinking it was from Walgreens, I accepted it because it is a trusted company. I placed the order (#***) and never received it. Then I get a notification a few days ago that the company had taken $88.46 from my account on 12/30 and $84.37 yesterday. I tried calling the company but they will not give me my money back. I had to get my card cancelled and I will have to live without spending money from my card for 7-10 business days until my new card arrives.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of all of the money they have taken from me since I am in an internship that barely pays me. I would also like for this "business" to be shut down and for these people to be in jail. Looking into this incident, it looks like I am not the only one that has gone through this and it needs to be stopped.

I received the initial order I had made, but I didn't receive it until over a week after I made the initial complaint with the Revdex.com. They still have not contacted me directly or refunded me. I had to cancel my card and request a new one from my bank so I wouldn't keep getting charged.

I was alerted first thing this morning of a $88.46 charge to my credit card that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! 1/2/20 ***
I received two FREE sample creams that I had to pay the shipping/handling for on Dec. 20, 2019. ( $4.95 and $3.95) I DID NOT AGREE to order any other items but was charged $88.46 to my credit card this am. Jan. 2, 2020. My credit card company is taking care of the dispute but I do not appreciate the trouble it has caused. I was on hold for 33 min. this am.and gave up . I don't think they have any intention of answering. ***.

I had to get my credit card representative to make a 3 way call to the company and after a very lengthy conversation, I gave in to getting 70% of my money credited back to my account. It is a total rip-of! The company asked me to send the unused samples back to get the total refund!!! I was not aware I would keep getting billed (twice) for trying the sample out. This was a horrible scam and I feel sorry for others that fall into this trap. I am so upset people can take advantage of others so readily.

This company is fraudulent. They offer a free sample at a low charge of $5.99 for shipping then start billing $88.00 without sending a product. I did not agree to further shipments. I have been charged 3 xs without my knowledge. My bank notified me of suspicious activity which I was unaware of. I contacted the company which was useless as they lied about their product.
Consumers BEWARE of La Pura skin care!

Offered products free, just pay $1.99 shipping for answering survey. Was charged more than $75. Total scam.
Survey purported to be from Walgreen's which I do use. Was a text from XXX XXX XXXX. I called the number when I saw the charges but was told I could not be connected. Am disputing charges with my CC company.

I contacted the company to request a refund. They first offered me a discount of 25%. I refused. Then they tried 50%. I refused. I offered to send the products back, but they said I would have to pay a restocking fee of $9.95 each - there were 3 items. I refused. Then Ireceived an email saying my account had been cancelled. Apparently they had also signed me up for continuing shipments. They are completely fraudulent. Their are many complaints like mine on the Trustpilotreview site. I am still disputing these charges with my credit card company. This comoany should be shut down.

Do not use, it is a scam, they keep trying to take more money. Please read these reviews, they are factual.

I'm wanting my money back for fauthly advertising
I was to pay shipping only and after 5 days I receive it I see a charge of $88.49 being taken out of my account. Then they had sent another product out with the same shipment and said I had one more day for the trial. I received both product as t the same time in the same package, so how is one trial over before the other one. For the record I didnt even want the other product but when you are checking put it doesn't let you check and boom there you have it another product that you didnt even want. I barely receive the product and they are taking money out of my bank

Unauthorized charges
I was unaware of a trial date when purchasing a product online for $3.97 and $4.97 on 1213 order number *** from La Pura since that date of purchase there has been an $88.46 on 12/27 that was not authorized by me and$84.37 on 12:30 that was not authorized by me I was made aware of these two amounts being withdrawn from my checking account by my bank institution I have made several attempts to contact this company to no avail I have made several emails to this company to no avail zero response these two amounts last stated are unauthorized and I've had to close my card in order to stop any future unauthorized withdrawals from my bank

I I'm expecting a full refund for $88.46 on 12/27 and a full refund of $84.37 on 12:30

I was notified by the business on 01/08/2020 that a refund for $44.23 to my debit card within 5-7 business days but as of today 01/12020 I have not received it and it is only a fraction of the $179.00 they took.

I have talked to my financial institution and as of 2/5/2020 I have only received partial refund from this company that they stated would be refunded for the amount of $88.46 as of today I am still waiting for the amount of $84.37

This company uses surveys as to once you complete the survey you are rewarded with your choice of items one being La'Pura Skin Care the small writing is not seen through a cell phone which I viewed through. The rewards are not rewards to choose from when they say you only pay the shipping charges and you think it is a reward but it isn't . It is a trial period and if you do not return it you are charged $ 88.46 for the face and eye cream.

Trying to get your refund is difficult and what I did was bring up this this site and found alot of complaints about this company and quoted to the customer representative . The first representative hung up on me. I called again and stated my case and they said they would send me an email confirming cancellation but doesn't state a refund. I will contact my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge

I too was offered a "free" product after filling out a survey for a nationwide Mart store. I could not get out of the que of added on products. Received 3 products, charged $28.91 for shipping (all came in same box). Then, additional $172.82 for 2 of the products. All are going back. I was told there would also be restocking fees bringing the total, including return postage, to over $230 with nothing but a bad experience to show for it.

This business is a scam. You think you are getting a free product then they Claim its a trial and try to charge you. My credit card declined the charge and they changed the name and the price of the charge to charge me. Then they try to charge a restocking fee for returning the product. This is the worst company and total scam. The reviews on the products alone are not even good, The product doesn't work. This company needs a lawsuit

I feel legal proceedings need to be filed against this company. I don't recall any fine print that said this was a membership type product or that because I paid with a MasterCard instead of a Visa I wasn't aloud a full refund. There was no mention of a restock fee of $9.95 even on there website. The free trial items weren't even from their company.

They need to be punished for their fraudulent actions. Isn't there a law stating the fine print must be readable on contracts.

SCAM SALE!!!
12/20/2019,I did a survey for COSTCO for free face cream.just pay shipping and handling.After I paid $3.97+$4.97,I found that is a fake survey. Then I send email to cancel this order in twenty minutes. But I haven't received reply,my credit card was charged today. I DON'T want they charge from my credit anymore,because I am sure I didn't sign any autoshipping agreement !

I have contacted the company numerous times about a refund for a product that I did not order and I returned. I have received no answer.
I was involuntarily signed up for a subscription. I contacted the company immediately and they still sent me another order. I returned the shipment and contacted them again to cancel the subscription. They have continued to ignore my requests for a refund.

I am requesting a refund. I returned the product and they need to reimburse me.

They did send me this response after I contacted the Revdex.com. I actually had to cancel my card because of them. I am still not in receipt of my refund.

I received products that I did not order and was charged $3.00 in enclosed statemene and $19.95 which I was made aware of by contacting my bank.
I did Not authorize any charges to my debit account and was unsuccessful in dealing with customer service. I would like my account to be credited IN FULL.

Refund in full and cancellation to any further orders.

This is a rip off ....I clicked next just to complete the check out process for the shipping and handling charge only for the free wrinkle cream and was charged for eye serum and some freeze cream, that I DIDN'T ORDER OR WANT. TOTAL RIP OFF SCHEME. I immediately sent an email requesting the company DO NOT CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING....I'M TAKING FURTHER ACTIONS AGAINST THEM TO PREVENT THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! They proceeded to send confirmations of charges to my card for the shipping cost for 2 additional products.THEIVES. I'm returning everything they send me and I want my money back. I couldn't post without clicking a star, that's the only reason they got 1 star from me.
