SCAMMERS
I was told if I completed a survey and paid the shipping fee they would send their product.
They did.
15 days later they charged my card over $88.
This charge is fraudulent!!
They are scammers!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! This company uses celebrities such as Christie Brinkley, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Aniston, Robin McGraw & many more to claim that they use VIA Beauty Cream. Rush my FREE trial.....only pay for shipping! ya BS!!!!!!!!! some very fine print THAT I DID NOT SEE .......they will start charging you HUNDREDS of dollars if you do not cancel. False advertisements lead you to bait and switch SCAM!!!!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!! HOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATING??????

Like many others I have received two shipments which I did not order. My credit card has been charged twice. Need to be refunded!

Cancelation of service
I ordered la'pura instant tightening serum, eye serum and anti aging cream online on Dec 5, 2019. I was charged $84.74. I was charged again same amount on Mar 5, 2020. Both time I received products. It was credit card purchase. The last 4 digit of the credit card is *** It's a master card. My email address is ***@gmail.com.
Don't have any order no.
Latest, on Apr 15, 2020, I received another package of the products which I didn't even asked for. So please remove my information from the system so that I won't receive products or being charged anymore.

Just want to cancel the service. Don't want to receive any product or being charged for anything.

The company charges your credit card without authorization and without notifying you about their policies.
I received two shipments of face moisture and eye creme. One on Feb.15,2020 and one on March 15,2020. I only ordered 1 time thru Amazon at a discounted price. When I received the products there was no billing statement in the box, only the product. When I got my credit card statement I found that I had been charged $4.97 and $3.97, which I expected, but then on a few days later they charged another $88.46 and $84.37. ON my next credit card statement they charged another $93.43 and $88.34. I would like my money refunded. When I called customer service I was informed that it was a monthly charge for membership and the products. There was nothing on paper or online that said anything about a monthly membership or the cost of the products. Anyone with an interest in trying their products should think twice. It takes forever to get ahold of their customer service and then they wont even discuss a refund. They should be shut down.

I want my money back. I`m willing to return the unused products if that will help to get my money back.

Company didn't process the refund as discussed on the phone.
I was online and was prompted to do a survey for Chase Bank. Chase Bank is my bank, after going through the survey I was supposed to get $50.00. At the end of the survey I was only able to get a certain product for shipping and handling only due to the fact the survey was supposedly worth $50.00. I ordered it on 11/18/2019 it shipped on 11/22/2019 I cancelled the order on 12/02/2019 the product was unopened.they sent a second charge through for $88.46. I have a cancellation notice as of 1202/2019. Then 12/09/2019 for the 2nd item which was cancelled on the 12/02 They explained that I could take it to UPS and drop it off and I would not need a RA.They would not give a return authorization they said it was not needed. UPS told me they must to have a RA number. My bank screwed up on the dispute because they had my info. We explained to our bank we authorized only the initial shipping and handling which was $4.97 and $3.97. all charges past that point were unauthorized. The day I cancelled the order the person on the phone said I would get a refund minus a $9.00 fee. Then they ran a charger through my bank for $88.46. I was unable to send it back without paying for the shipping. My bank advised me to send it back and send them the tracking information. I spent $11.00 to send it back. My bank has a copy of them receiving the items unopened. At this point I have over $108.00 paid out the company has the product that was unopened. I have pictures on the day I sent it back of the products with seals undisturbed. This company is rated F in your system for this exact problem/ issue. Please respond.I have all this information in emails with exception of the phone call they would not send me an email concerning our coversation. Please help in obtaining a full refund of all monies spent.

I sent a reply they have the product I have spent over $100. And have absolutely been taken and there was not a credit.

I ordered face and eye serum from internet ad for no more than $20. Was charged over $83 and have been charged five more times totaling $544.31!
This company is scamming as long as they can get away with it. I have advised my credit card company never to pay this company again, but I would like to have a refund of the money they have already stolen. Their company goes by two different names and makes two astronomical charges per month.
12-31 $3.97, 12-31 $4.97, 1-14 $88.46, 1-17 $84.37, 1-30 $92.43, 2-01 $88.34, 3-23 $93.43, 3-26 $88.34. Business names under which they make charges include Beautiful Healthy Skin, Skin Health Beautiful Care, Skin Health Beauty Care.

I would like to get my money back. This is definitely a scam. They obviously know their cream isn't worth this kind of money and they should be shut down! I could not find their information to contact them when this all started.

The company scammed me (no mention in their trial ad that I would automatically receive more of the product monthly, nor anything about the real cost of the product). The ruse was just pay the postage for the sample and try it! With no further conversation, they automatically billed my credit card repeatedly. When I finally realized 3 months later what was going on, I took steps to stop it and was successful in getting them to refund that month's charge. But there remains the matter of the additional $353.60 they charged without my consent. I feel I am still owed that. I offered to send back the unopened boxes of product if they would send a postage-paid address label, which they refused to do.

I did not sign up for a monthly subscription. I was charged on my credit card $149 for the products I did not re-order and did not receive any product
I ordered for free for the first month just paying $8 for shipping costs. then I was charged $149 for more products that I do not want. I enjoy the products but would prefer to finish using the ones I currently have before ordering more. I did not expect to be charged that large amount and I am very upset I did not receive at least an email warning or confirmation of the steps occurring so that I could have prevented this issue.

this company uses bait and switch to get you to sign up for a free sample ,you pay shipping .In the small print you are signing up for the product and for continued deliveryand they will send you hundreds of dollars of their product. I returned the product with tracking number and signed delivery receipt and they will not give credit. Disputed the charge as fraud and cc company ruled that it is not fraud. If you dispute the charges do not go to the fraud department --go to dispute resolution with cc company. these people are thieves--do not deal with them

This company is completely non responsive even though they say they will have supervisors return call. I have spent hours on the phone over the last almost 2 months and they have lied and said they sent me a check via email which they did not. The next time I called they told me they would have never sent a check as their policy is to refund same credit card as was used for purchase. They confirmed receipt of product and I still haveUPS tracking code but they keep putting me off. It is so frustrating bc I did Everything they told me to do and sent it back via ups then called with code and they confirmed receipt. Most recently they told me they were refunding my card But that it didn't go through due to technical difficulties They told me - for the16th time - that a supervisor would process refund and send me an email. They lie every time and I believe this is a scam. Very frustrating bc there is nothing I can do I am losing almost $100 and I am a single mom with four kids to support ..... can anyone help me?

No check was ever sent to me. Furthermore, I was told by a supervisor that would never have been offered that they do NOT issue refund checks and they certainly don't send them via email...she told me I would be refunded in same manner that I paid, which was citi VISA. As well, the amount they reference is not accurate - they owe me $88.46 which is what they charged my credit card. I just reviewed hundreds of complaints against this company and the Revdex.com gives them an "F" not sure how they are even still operating - it is total fraud. I have tried for months to get my money back and they keep responding with empty lies. Since they say they sent a check how about you all ask them to scan in a copy of what they sent on the date they say they sent it? Again, it is a total lie they cannot produce anything and they do not issue refunds via emailed checks. PLEASE help me get my money back and, with so many complaints, why isn't a class action law suit initiated? These people are criminals and should be in jail for stealing so much money from hard working and HONEST people. Thanks for your help Revdex.com.

Very simple I paid shipping for a product I talked through email they said no contract . I had 88 dollars taken from my visa . With no product !
I had no way to contact them until I got a tiny sample bottle with there name on it . By the time I receive the free sample they had already taken 4.95$ for shipping and 88$ for nothing . Thanks for the help .

Did a survey for Xtra monies and I had to choose an item from the list at the end of the survey so I chose this moisturizer and I only was supposed to pay a dollar for this trial product however they charged me 4999 and won't answer the phone for they charged me 4999 and won't answer the phone for me

I received an email to get a free gift just pay shipping & handling. Once on the site you are forced to purchase multiples of the product.

Once I got out of the site I immediately started looking for a good phone number to cancel the order. They charged my credit card close to $75.00 dollars. I was able to get a hold of someone who cancelled my three (mistake) orders and promised a refund and I have emails for the cancellations. However they did not refund my money or send any product to me (they cancelled the order the same day) I contacted and disputed the charges with my bank capital one 360, who investigated then denied my claim. The company said it was a valid sale, but I did not receive the product either because I cancelled the order. Capital one is going to reverse the credit in 10 days, and I will be out $75.00 with nothing received. Capital One has now put this back in my lap and will send documentation on their investigation, then I am supposed to contact the merchant and try and get a refund again.

This company is scamming vulnerable seniors out of hard earned money with phishing and deceptive scams.

I am only allowed one attachment but I have three cancellation emails they sent to me.

Because of the deceptive practices by the company, I want a full refund, I do not want them to send the products to me. I feel the lengths they went to, to trick customers into buying the product, that the product cannot do what the company claims or they would have been honest A full refund please. Was purchasing a product when a site popped up saying you have a free product you can choose from just pay shipping cost. There were multiple choices
Some of the choices said no longer available so I chose the skin cream. There was no other information available now they want to charge me $88.46 I never signed any terms or conditions for this product. If I had known it was $88.46 I would have NEVER accepted the free product.

I have had over 354.00 dollars taken from my account from this company.

The charge was put through my checking account / Debit card. The bank did say they were going to give me the money back which they did but then it was reversed , so I did not receive my money back from the bank. That's when I reached out to The Better Business Bureau, hoping to get help. This Company has complaints from all kinds of other people with the same thing that happened to me .
